The garage was full when I arrived, but someone came out, introduced himself and told me to leave the car running and follow him inside. Once inside I was told to make myself comfortable. When the car was brought in, someone came in to get my details and find out what services I wanted. The choices were entered into the computer, with the prices clearly displayed. The work was quickly performed. While I settled up, the car was driven out front where I got in and was on my way. Maybe 30 minutes? I didn't check. Everyone was polite, the facility clean and as far as I can tell, the job well done.

Dropped the car off, but before I left, Sully had already suspected that the issue wasn't a tire thing, but a drive shaft/U-joint issue, which was confirmed shortly thereafter. Figured that it would be both a fix that would take a long time and cost me an arm and a leg... but Sully quoted me a surprisingly reasonable price, AND had the parts ordered and replaced on the vehicle by the end of the day on Thursday, the day after I dropped it off. Said this before, and I'll say it again - for superb workmanship, fair pricing, and superior service, there is NO BETTER SHOP in the area than Sully's Auto Care. This has been my go-to shop for the last three years, and I am profoundly thankful and exceedingly happy that I found them.

Shortly after I discovered that their finance manager made an error submitting the lease documents to Honda financial. What was supposed to be 12k miles a year got recorded in error as 10k miles a year. Over the last 6 months I have sent numerous emails and phone calls and visits to the dealership to resolve this - They have confirmed the error was made but after 6 months have done nothing to correct it. Their inattentiveness has really soured the whole purchase process. And my confidence in them is fading by the day. Thats just 1 issue I have been struggling with. *****THE POWER OF YELP***** - minutes after this was posted the finance department called me to say that Honda will be sending me out a letter informing me that my lease will be for 12k a year and not the 10k error Balise has submitted.
