I explained to them that I had no rental on my insurance & I'm my mother's caregiver on Hospice. They seemingly didn't care. Brad's &( Steve), very communicative with me, listened to all my concerns & gave me specific timelines that they followed to a T! I'd recommend them with 5 stars. Polite, communicative, knowledgeable & relatively quick. I got my car back & I'm grateful.

We brought the truck back multiple times, spending hours traveling, but their attempted repairs didn't fix the issue and their explanations were inaccurate. Since then, additional problems have surfaced, including oil leaks (front differential and rear main seal), non-working heat/defrost, electrical issues with lights, a broken radio, and a non-functioning passenger window. We also had concerns with how the deal was handled upfront, including being encouraged to temporarily change insurance in a way that could be considered misrepresentation just to satisfy the bank. Despite giving them opportunities to make it right, Dormans Auto has refused to repair the vehicle or take responsibility. Very disappointing experience and lack of professionalism. Would not recommend.

Not all heroes wear capes!…read more My car was badly vibrating when I brought my daughter to college. I was 500 miles away from home and my regular mechanic. Took my car to one shop, and they couldn't figure out the problem. At this point I had taken two extra days off work. After the second day of trying to get my car fixed, I read reviews, and called Tofi at 4 PM. He told me to bring my car in the next morning at 8 AM. He and Jason not only diagnosed a worn/damaged axle, but they made me laugh at a time I was stressing out. They were determined to get my car running and get me back on the road, which Jason did by 11:30 AM. My car is running GREAT! I also really appreciate the fact that they showed me the worn axle and spoke to me like an intelligent human being. Other women will understand what I mean when I say they didn't talk down to me.
