I came here asking to make my car darker (I had it tinted elsewhere) and Jesse assured me I wouldn't need to remove the previous tint and they could layer tint ontop. After picking up my car the first time, I noticed a lot of random dirt bubbles and marks inside the tint. I called Jesse back and he said no problem, to bring the car back in to have it handled. I dropped my car off again and it looks like nothing was done on the car but re-go over the area with soap and water. 1 big thing I had pointed out was there was a scratch that appeared on the passenger side that was there from the previous tint and Jesse explained layering it ontop essentially made the scratch more noticeable so I let it be. However upon looking at the car, it was very mid work. There is dirty all underneath the tint that was NOT there from the first tint job (I inspected the first tint job closely) so the windows were definitely not cleaned before layering the next tint ontop. A bunch of air bubbles all of over (again, I looked at my tint when I got it down at the first place and these bubbles and marks were not there) Also my car was left a mess everytime I got my car back from them (I put pictures of how my middle console looked upon pick-up) Customer service wise, they are very nice however their work is very mid.
