Before I could enter the store, the salesmen locked the door on me and said sorry it's 6pm. I pointed to the clock on my phone to show him I had a few minutes left to make my purchase and pleaded with him to make an exception because it was dark and needed the bulb to drive home. If this is exceptional service, it definitely fell short. I don't normally write complaints or bad experiences but this is just unacceptable and they lost a sale. Not only did he replace the wrong sensor (The right side of the vehicle is the passenger side, Dan)....He screamed at me for questioning him. I brought vehicle to Inskip....problem solved. I can document everything. (I have all records, receipts and paperwork). My business has never received a negative review....as of 1/1/21. It wouldn't surprise me if Dan now writes a negative review for me... DESCRIPTION OF WORK I brought a customers car to Banchwerks to have an ABS sensor replaced. They replaced drivers side rather than passenger side....Despite fact that they scanned vehicle, and specified passenger's side. (as did Inskip and myself).
