First off I'd like to say that overall I had a great buying experience with these folks. Lisa is a…read moregem and Chris is a great guy who knows how to make it right. With that being said the showroom car I purchased from them turned out to have extensive rust damage, needed frame welding to pass inspection, and now won't pass again due to rotten exhaust system that no shop wants to touch due to extra framing members being welded into the chassis and prevents a new factory system from being installed. As someone who considers themself relatively car savvy I did look underneath the vehicle in the showroom only to find a clean, spotless undercarriage. 6 months after purchase I learned that someone (not saying it was Dagostino) but someone spray painted the whole undercarriage with matt black spray paint to cover up the rust. Not only that but the second rate warranty that I was sold as being one of the best, every shop says they're terrible to deal with. I really loved the idea of this car and am now very disappointed that I am going to have to get rid of it after sinking a lot of money into it. Overall, again, great people there, who may or may not be ignorantto the condition of the frames on the cars that they buy. BUYER BEWARE.

I have spoken to Chris, the owner, and can say that he is a legitimate, completely honest, and down-to-earth businessman. He is there to help his customers buy a car. He is not a pushy "hard sell" type of person you meet in branded car dealerships. I look at the D'agostino website periodically. I try to shop locally as much as possible. If you like to "spend your money locally," and need to buy a car, definitely visit D'agostino Motors.

I have gotten my last 2 cars from here and had little to no issues (I understand the cars are used) but since financing my last car from them ONLY 3.5 months ago, it has a cracked cylinder head and I am being told the engine needs to be totally replaced. When I called Shannon, I was told they could not do anything for me considering it was over the 30 day warranty. There is no way this issue occurred from me considering I've only driven a few thousand miles on it and got it at the end of January 2026. I was told that the bank gave me an extended warranty that had total coverage if anything were to go wrong in the first 24 months/24,000 miles (whichever came first). I am now being told that it's not covered by the extended warranty. I am now stuck making monthly payments on an unsafe car that Shannon has sold me. Garages are telling me the repair will cost anywhere from $3,000-$7,000. Beware when getting a car from here. They have lost my business and any good word of mouth I would have passed along for them.

It was not the fault of ocean Chrysler however, when requesting that the remaining oil changes and tire rotations , I prepaid for approximately $400 Could be transferred to my other vehicle. I was told NO! they were car specific so basically I prepaid for oil changes that they will not give me. I feel like that is very dishonest and should have been disclosed. The reason was company policy and their computer would not let them do it. I'll never go back there just out of principle. NEVER again. I gave them multiple chances while I was on the phone and I told them I was going to post this and they had just lost a very loyal customer. They really were not concerned They must have more customers than they can handle. Or want.

The salesperson and my entire experience buying the vehicle was not an issue and the truck was everything I had hoped for 2+ years. I had an issue with DEF being introduced to my fuel by another party, BIG problem. Brought the truck here to be fixed in mid August. Despite insurance covering the repairs it still took almost a month to get the repairs done. Literally picked the truck up 2 days before I was scheduled to relocate to Maine for a job opportunity. I understand supply chain issues so I don't necessarily have an issue with the length of time the repair took, only that it was down to the wire. Fast forward 1 month, when I get in the truck on a Monday morning to go to work (had recently driven the truck to Massachusetts that weekend and back with no issues) and the truck will not start. Indicator on the dash says water in fuel. Had not done anything with DEF since getting the car back from Tasca and had been filling at the same gas station since moving to Maine but here we are. Was able to get the truck to a local to me large Mopar dealership and the verdict was that the injectors were not properly programmed when replaced and the fuel rail was not replaced at all which I was told (and also saw the print out from Chrysler) is standard procedure with this type of job, thus causing the fuel system to be contaminated again and the entire 10K+ job needed to be redone. Obviously insurance will not cover faulty work done by a third party and the local dealer is unable to warranty the parts due to the critical step being missed. So I reached out to Tasca to see if they would make it right. I spoke at first with the service advisor Jose whom I had dealt with during the initial repairs. The service manager from the dealership here in Maine had also been in touch with Jose to try to get this taken care of. Both he and I were told that Tasca was not responsible and I was basically out of luck. I escalated to the service manager Gregory and after leaving multiple messages was more or less told the same story and that either the dealership I have the truck at now could somehow warranty bad parts (even though the parts themselves did not fail, but were ruined due to poor workmanship) or I was going to have to pay out of pocket. Long story longer - this shop will not stand by their work and you will have to have their work redone by another shop and will be stuck with the bill for another 10k+ in repairs. Their website has this commitment listed "We humbly pledge to continue the Tasca Family Commitment that YOU WILL BE SATISFIED" I, for one, am not satisfied.
