Fair, transparent pricing and hassle free process. Additionally, Michael Bernardo provided me with outstanding customer service. First time I was looking to use the service contract, the garage I brought my car to points out that some part of the contract was incorrectly filled by me and that Fidelity wasn't able to provide coverage unless corrected. Contacted Michael who was on it very quickly and things went smoothly from there. Keep in mind, this was my error and he took the time to make sure things went OK. I was expecting to be SOL but was glad this was not the case. Thank you so much for your help!

( I can't Go to them in person) . 2- I had pleasant experience with them so they did try to help but the dealer owner push only 3rd party warranty and does not sell any CPO Extension. I have tried to reach to dealers in my state (Washinton & Oregon) they all had 3rd party warranty and all of them were extremely expensive, cheapest was 3500 for 24 k miles extra / 2 more years. This is where Michael Bernardo shines @SteingoldVolvoCars . he was solution oriented. After sharing with him the original selling dealer does not sell extensions, he was able to get an exception from Volvo and extended the CPO warranty to 10 years / 100 k miles. By Far in any type of calculation the CPO Price for extensions is most cost effective and most secure choice for peace of mind Was Michael. after choosing the coverage I want and made a payment , within 12 hours he got the extension signed and sent . for anyone in the same position or live in same zone (Portland Oregon / Vancouver Washinton) . Make sure you reach to Michael Bernardo and share if your original dealer does not extend / sell CPO extensions and see what your choices is I can guarantee that he would be the most trustful / most cost effective for your Volvo needs . Finally, I appreciate @SteingoldVolvoCars transparent pricing online . Amr

I trust this because there have been times when, while the car is there for one thing, they've told me that I'll need something different within a certain time period, but I don't have to do it now. It looked clean and organized. I was assisted within a few minutes of arriving. I booked an appointment for a noise coming from somewhere in the engine, an oil change, a clutch adjustment, a new inspection sticker. I was able to get in the following Wednesday- I dropped my car off at 8am. I received a call from the shop saying I needed synthetic oil instead of a blend. No problem. Liked the communication. I received a second call at 3pm to say the car was ready. I went and picked it up at 4:45pm the same day! Apparently, my heat shield was loose- hence the noise. No noise now. Oil change - done. Inspection- done. Clutch adjustment- done. The bill was very reasonable- surprising actually because I thought it would cost more. I am a very happy new customer, and this is where I am going to keep going. Pros- communication, professionalism, quick work, great attitude of the employees. Cons- none This is a family run shop and it shows. I felt great about my experience there. I didn't know this shop before I wrote this review.

Then the obvious popped into my head, Devaney Tire, I had been then in the past and was very pleased. Monday morning I go there at 8:15, they go out to my Jeep to check the size then they made a phone call and said they would call me when they had the tires. Two hours later they call and say the tires are in, I dropped my Jeep off this morning and got a call in roughly 3 hours to say the tired mounting, balancing and front end alignment were done! No wonder they have been in business for generations!
