I saw a sharp looking car on their lot when I was driving by and decided to take a look. They let me test drive and suggested I take it out on the highway, they were willing to deal, and the salesman even followed me home after I bought the car to help me get my other car back! Oh, can't forget to mention they filled the gas tank for me after I bought it. I had a problem with the battery dying about three weeks after I bought car; I purchased new battery and they reimbursed me for the cost. I have been very happy - I put 23K miles on car in last seven months and have had no major issues. Buying a car has always been a challenging experience for me, as a man I am sure it is easier than being a woman. Based on my experience I would recommend these guys but as always buyer beware. I didn't get the feeling these guys would rip anyone off.

The motor was complete junk and my mechanic said he wouldn't use it for a push car. I tried to ask him to fix the issue, returned the motor for repair and four months of back and forth later and he claims he never sold me a motor. I am out $1100 and my wife doesn't have enough time left for her one last wish. And I have to live knowing I couldn't keep my promise to her.

And after I made it clear I wasn't paying that ridiculous price he said let me try with another bank, he then proceeded to ask me my personal info. again, and I ask is this gonna affect my credit score and he said no don't worry, so I looked at credit karma and there it was. He asked if we wanted to test drive it and gave us the keys. The car was very clean and ran well. Since Roger Williams is part of CarFax, it allowed me to do a lot of research on the history of the car before we even came to see it. We purchased the car that day. Randy was great with providing all the necessary paperwork and went out of his way to get a couple of body trim pieces that were missing. He even replaced the cracked antenna on the roof even though we didn't ask him to do that. He also touched up some paint near the bottom of the driver's door. I waited to write the review because I wanted to see how the car worked out after having it for a while. Well, it's been great. It went on a 4-hour trip with 3 people and luggage and performed admirably. We love the car and will go back to Roger Williams when we need another.

Kyle showed up on time & stayed for 5 HOURS working on my truck. When I tell you it looked like it came out of the factory, I am not kidding. I have never seen my rugs look so good! (I bought my car used. The dealership didn't sell me my car this pristine!) The reason I needed a detail is because my 93 pound male dog peed in my car on the way to the vet. The smell was horrifying! With the 90+ degree days we have been having, the stench in my car was beyond. Well, that is no longer an issue! Kyle used some magic solution that is an odor eliminator & my car had no smell at all. Not a floral scent, or new car smell or anything. Just air. No change from outside to inside. It's fantastic! And a bonus fix, when I bought my car there was a weird white cloud on my back bummer. Kyle worked his magic & the handprint size cloud is now maybe an inch or so long & so faded that it is barely noticeable. Things I didn't think about being clean are spotless!
