I just purchased a 2018 F-250 from this dealer. When I test drove it originally, I noticed the wipers were torn and the AC didn't work, as well as a brake concern I was told the AC would be repaired upon as well as new brake pads installed and the rotors cut, as the salesman Zach told me they only sell "perfect vehicles". They replaced the belt and AC compressor the day I picked it up. When I went to pick it up, the truck was dirty as they "didn't have time to clean it". I said that's fine I'll detail it myself. I drove off the lot and not even 5min later the AC blew warm. I contacted the salesman the next day and he told me to drop it off the next day, no problem. I spent the rest of that day detailing my truck and getting it immaculate. The next day, I dropped my truck off. They had it the whole day, when I picked it up, the mechanic had gotten mud all over my floor as well as used my truck as an ashtray, wish cigarette ashes all over my floor and seat, and my truck wreaking of smoke, on top of that, they couldn't figure out the AC problem. I contacted the salesman the next day and he told me he'd have it cleaned. Brought it back the next day and to their credit, they cleaned the truck and the AC, however when I mentioned my concern about the brake noise and the burning smell it was dismissed. I pulled all 4 wheels to check the brakes and was disgusted by what I found. The front brake rotors were not cut at all and the contact surfaces were extremely damaged from previously having metal on metal brake pads ran on them, causing damage to the brake pads they slapped on there with no grease on the contact points and no prep to the contact surfaces whatsoever, causing the pads to bind in the caliper bracket and the truck to pull hard to one side when braking at highway speeds. I contacted the dealer and was told there was nothing they could do as the pads "passed inspection". I've held a Rhode island vehicle inspector licence for over 10 years, and the damage to the friction material on the brake pads as well as the damage to the contact surfaces of the brake rotors would cause this truck to fail inspection, as this is unsafe. I should also note that the wipers on the truck were shredded when I test drove it and picked it up. I should've said something but I didn't, as I made the mistake of assuming something so simple and obvious would be taken care of upon delivery, especially since the salesman claimed to have test driven it twice as well as the mechanic. This just shows how little they actually care. I will be contacting the AG as well as the state of RI as they put an inspection sticker on a dangerous vehicle and then attempted to pass it on as "perfect".

They let me test drive and suggested I take it out on the highway, they were willing to deal, and the salesman even followed me home after I bought the car to help me get my other car back! Oh, can't forget to mention they filled the gas tank for me after I bought it. I had a problem with the battery dying about three weeks after I bought car; I purchased new battery and they reimbursed me for the cost. I have been very happy - I put 23K miles on car in last seven months and have had no major issues. Buying a car has always been a challenging experience for me, as a man I am sure it is easier than being a woman. Based on my experience I would recommend these guys but as always buyer beware. I didn't get the feeling these guys would rip anyone off.

Since Roger Williams is part of CarFax, it allowed me to do a lot of research on the history of the car before we even came to see it. We purchased the car that day. Randy was great with providing all the necessary paperwork and went out of his way to get a couple of body trim pieces that were missing. He even replaced the cracked antenna on the roof even though we didn't ask him to do that. He also touched up some paint near the bottom of the driver's door. I waited to write the review because I wanted to see how the car worked out after having it for a while. Well, it's been great. It went on a 4-hour trip with 3 people and luggage and performed admirably. We love the car and will go back to Roger Williams when we need another.

His quote was much less than expected, and at the end of it all, workmanship better than any I've had in the past. He also showed me some antique restorations that he's working on for customers. Awesome place for a car guy needing a good bodyshop! I also noticed they sell cars as well. He explained to me how he refuses to sell any car that needed extensive body work. Unlike another place that repairs cars that should have been scrapped, they refuse to do business that way. The business isn't fancy on the outside but once inside it's a very professional operation. Met with the owner Gordon, he gave me a couple of options, and a range of the cost depending on how deep some of the rust spots went. The car came out great, I found out from one of the employees that Gordon also owns a paint shop so they blended up some paint that matched perfectly. He kept within the estimate and my overall impression is that this is an honest local business doing good work for a fair price.
