My regular mechanic (Trudeau's, see my review) doesn't do body stuff, recommended I go see them. Wayne was awesome. Fixed my door *at no charge*. Sure it only took a second, but a ton of places would still charge you for something like that. Not here. After I got a new car, which seems to have been cursed since I needed a new bumper THREE times (two times I was rear-ended and once was my fault). Jackie, who works the front desk, and I got real friendly by the time I was finished with that car. The first bumper they got was from a junkyard and he wasn't happy with the quality so he got a brand new one, telling me not to worry about it, he'd work it with the insurance company. Sure enough, I didn't have to do anything. Hell, every time they took care of everything; insurance, rental, etc. I didn't have to do anything except drop off my keys and then pick the car up when it was done. Other than needing to see them quite a bit in a very short amount of time, the experience with them was always awesome and top notch. It's really, really hard to find a mechanic you can trust and I've been extremely lucky to never get screwed (knock on wood) and to have had great experiences with mechanics. God forbid you need them, but if you do, go see Wayne and Jackie and the people at Michaud's.

We worked with Brad @ the Seekonk store and he was so helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. We had been looking for a Jeep for quite some time and after talking with Brad (our salesman) and Tony (the owner), they made sure they found us exactly what we wanted, while also staying within our budget. We both work full time and have very little time to get things done during the week, and when it came to financing and finding the best rate for the Jeep, Brad had done it all for us! He found the lowest rate available and faxed them all of the paperwork and everything, all we had to do was show up and sign a few papers! Thank you to Brad and Tony for making this process so easy and enjoyable. We couldn't be happier with our new Jeep!

All I asked was to see if they could put my bumper back on it's track and put a new headlight in, apparently that was too much for them to handle.

I was very apprehensive about leaving my vehicle with just any shop. From the moment I walked through the door, I knew I was dealing with professionals who genuinely care about their customers. The office was clean and welcoming, and everyone I met was professional, well-presented, and friendly. That means a lot to me. What stood out most was the calm, positive atmosphere. Everyone seemed happy and genuinely enjoyed what they were doing. To me, that says a lot about a business and the people who work there. While reviewing my insurance coverage, we discovered that I didn't have rental car coverage. Stephen and the owner went above and beyond to help me secure a great rate, which relieved a lot of stress during an already difficult time. I'm anxiously awaiting the completion of my vehicle repairs, but based on the service I've received so far, I know it's going to look amazing.
