When I originally spoke with Jonathan, he quoted me $380 for the service I needed. I took notes and recorded the conversation. However, upon arriving today, I was suddenly told the price was $420. When I addressed this with Jonathan, he claimed it was a "mistake" due to not knowing the tire size--yet this was explicitly discussed during our call. A mistake is something you acknowledge and correct, not something that repeatedly happens. When the same "mistake" keeps occurring, it becomes intentional and misleading. Unfortunately, I had previously written a heartfelt review, but after witnessing this dishonest and fraudulent behavior, I can no longer stand by it. The dismissive behavior from his employee and Jonathan's condescending "have a nice day sweetheart" only added to the unprofessionalism. I had mentioned that Jonathan's parents would be proud, but I retract that statement. I hope accountability catches up with this pattern of behavior.
