My regular mechanic (Trudeau's, see my review) doesn't do body stuff, recommended I go see them. Wayne was awesome. Fixed my door *at no charge*. Sure it only took a second, but a ton of places would still charge you for something like that. Not here. After I got a new car, which seems to have been cursed since I needed a new bumper THREE times (two times I was rear-ended and once was my fault). Jackie, who works the front desk, and I got real friendly by the time I was finished with that car. The first bumper they got was from a junkyard and he wasn't happy with the quality so he got a brand new one, telling me not to worry about it, he'd work it with the insurance company. Sure enough, I didn't have to do anything. Hell, every time they took care of everything; insurance, rental, etc. I didn't have to do anything except drop off my keys and then pick the car up when it was done. Other than needing to see them quite a bit in a very short amount of time, the experience with them was always awesome and top notch. It's really, really hard to find a mechanic you can trust and I've been extremely lucky to never get screwed (knock on wood) and to have had great experiences with mechanics. God forbid you need them, but if you do, go see Wayne and Jackie and the people at Michaud's.

Ask anywhere around Woonsocket Bellingham and Cumberland and you will hear awful things. The guy has a tiny shop and can't afford to fix your car or afford to pay his guys. He makes up excuses and complains about jobs instead of satisfying the customer. He constantly and consistently committed fraud on numerous occasions with insurance companies but that doesn't mean you'll be getting that extra insurance money! Nope he pockets it for himself. Old cheap guy who lost his way years ago. Goto north Smithfield auto body on 146 you'll like them a lot better and they'll cost about 70% less too.
