I was not communicated well with about it! I Was told after the services were done that it was something else??? I had to wait with an employee to try and trouble shoot to reset the oil life on the dash at 6pm after leaving my vehicle at 10 am!!! I had to direct HIM on how to do it after he tried to google it. I was afraid to even pop my hood and check my fluid levels at the moment because I was so upset with the other things that were signed off as done and were indeed NOT done. I called to talk to the service manager around 10 am the next day and again around 4pm and no one ever got back to me. I really tried to give them a second chance to try and make it right and no one has called. Very unfortunate. The worst part was after a long day working in the operating room the last thing I wanted to do was pop my hood to see if the services were done and they were not!!!
