I was greeted on walking in, was asked if I needed help. Kristin not sure if I spelled his name right was very friendly and came right over to help me with a fuel system cleaner. He did show me the shelf with all the brands and then we walked over to the register that had these on sale BOGO I asked if he recommended it and his coworker Paul stated yes, he uses it all the time. The sales people in the store are absolutely delightful. I felt extremely safe by following the directions that were clearly posted outside the store and inside the store. They greeted me as soon as I entered and offered to help me. They were very safe in distancing themselves and yet helping me to find the item I was looking for. I was buying a steering wheel cover and they were kind of mixed up where people had shopped and not put them that correctly. When the sales person rang mine up it came up as a different price than I had expected. He explained that customers frequently move those around while shopping but he adjusted the price and I was very happy with the price and happy to purchase from this store. I would definitely go back here again because I felt safe and I felt as though they were knowledgeable and friendly. read more

After having two poor experiences in Johnston and in Providence it was nice to finally have a great experience purchasing the best items for my car. The lady at the counter explained to me which spark plugs would be most beneficial for my make and model and I appreciated the information. read more

I came here because it was close to the house and I needed to pick up a few items. The store has a decent selection and the prices are comparable to others. Now here is why the one star. As I walked in the assistant store manager was talking with and older women, clearly they had a negative interaction over the phone and he said something that offended her. After she left he was loudly talking with the other employees about her in a negative way. Poor customer service at its finest. One customer even said to him that he is a representative of the company and "Joe" just said people get offended too easily. Not sure if I will be back, in today economy where you can easily buy from amazon or other online retailers its important to remember customer service is the only way brick and mortar can compete. read more

Stopped by last week because I was having problems with my battery- wasn't sure if it was the alternator or the battery. Was immediately helped and battery checked, thankfully, it was the battery !!! Battery was replaced quickly and at no charge- I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. Great customer service !!!!! read more

While in the store with my mother today were encountered David. We always come to this store as it has great customer service & is right down the street. However, I did NOT appreciate the way that he spoke to my mother. He was rude from the beginning. The entire transaction he belittled my mother and in a snotty way kept repeating the same phrase over and over again to her. He then snatched the paper given to her the last time she visited the store. He gave it a once over then flicked it back towards her. My mother took it in stride whereas I wanted to interject but she told me not to. My mother is very nice and respectful and as an almost seventy year old woman he should have respected his elders. If he disrespects my mother or her mechanic when he comes in, I will file a formal complaint because that is NOT how you treat customers! read more

Well I've never written a review for them but if I had, they would also be rated a one star and frankly I'm not sure why I ever gave them second chances. This one was the last straw. I went in yesterday to pick up oil, oil filter, and oil tank gaskets so that I can change my oil. I usually use oem filters but they don't carry Subaru parts and they clearly don't carry anything that fits them either. I had asked them if they had the an oil filter and gaskets that would fit and they went away typing in their computer to see if they had parts, and supposedly the gaskets and filter I bought were suppose to fit... BUT NO. The gaskets are too small and the filter is too big. so now that I am in the process of doing my oil change HOW THE HECK AM I SUPPOSE TO DRIVE TO GET NEW ONES?!?!? Now I'm stuck at home calling everybody I know for a ride so I can go get correct parts, if they have them... Doubt it. Anyways... I'd save your time and money and go elsewhere, their prices are over the top. A K&N filter here is $15... You can find the same one on eBay for $3. read more
