This location is T-Mobile corporate store. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rep that helped me was named Ti; genuinely sweet and attentive. She made the process of transferring data from one phone to another smoothly. I will come here again and recommend to friends and family. My only feedback is to T-Mobile directly. When a phone is not available at the store have it delivered at the store directly and have 2 associates sign. I had to get it send to my address. However, UPS gives u 2 attempts for delivery with signature required to address on package. UPS did not give me the option to pick up at the UPS store and sign. The delivery time was given a date and delivery will be made by 7:00pm no real time update. So u have to be home all day to receive the delivery and hope to catch the UPS guy at his time. read more

i've been trying to have two phone lines with the promotions that they've had it's been five months of hell they've put through my credit bureau to see if I qualify 6× which is illegal and every time they put it through my credit bureau, it lowered my credit score. They lowered my credit score and still didn't give me the phones, but they sent chips for the phones I never received and that don't need chips. I went to this local T-Mobile to help with the situation the manager him self said he was not touching my account because it was above his pay grade. If I ever had said that to someone where I worked, I would've been fired on the spot I walked out, and I did mumble under my mouth. I cannot believe he would not help because it's above his fucking paygrade. Yes, I was very upset that I have to now go on the phone for hours to try to get this lines workin. this T-Mobile on Atwood Avenue I would not recommend for anyone to ever put their foot in that place because obviously the manager doesn't think he's getting paid enough to help you!! read more

Great service. Hopefully the waiting time will be faster the next time i have to go in. They sent me a survey to fill out and promised that I would get a 15 pro so I hope it's true because I did fill everything out for them and I hope it's not just a gimmick because on the Google search it said T-Mobile and no other company no fake companies. Had a really great experience in here when I was interested in an Apple Watch. I wanted all the details before coming to an actual decision. Emely was my rep who was helping me at this location and she was so pleasant and knowledgeable and very very honest and kind. Ultimately she was the reason I got it for sure , just being as honest as she was with me and giving me all the details I needed , she wasn't just trying to make a sale she was letting me know everything I needed to know before I add something else to my bill. It was such a pleasant experience and she was really helpful. This location is small but nice , and they do have their own parking area. They greet you right away in here and they don't rush you along they take all the time they need with you to make sure you're happy. I would for sure ask for Emely again. read more

I was so skeptical after being with AT&T since day one... Now, I ask myself, "Why didn't I jump ship sooner?" T-Mobile's representative Deybis P. was AMAZING!! He know every bell and whistle, every setting, shortcut and tweak to be had. I got the Note 9 and couldn't be happier with both the phone (BOGO) and the service received in setting it up, transferring all of my stuff and friendly user tutorial. Deybis was so technologically advanced. I was simply impressed by this young man's professionalism and product knowledge. He spent time treating me as though I were the only customer in the store. A++ AT&T reps didn't even try to keep me in the store when I asked them to unlock my phone!! read more

As a new customer at T-mobile, my experience has been great so far! Juan T helped me out at the store on Atwood Ave in Johnston, RI, and he was wonderful! Being a new customer, I had a lot of questions, and he answered every single one of them in a way that I could understand. He made switching carriers a painless process. He explained all of my options, but I never felt pressured to do anything which I really appreciated. On top of being very knowledgeable, he was friendly and respectful. I also observed him greeting customers as they walked in and reassuring them that he or his coworker would be with them shortly. He was very efficient but I never felt rushed. He made sure to give me his contact info so I could contact him with any issues I might have, and promptly answered me when I contacted him with a question. Overall 10/10 customer service, and a genuinely great person. As far as having T-mobile as my carrier in general, the experience has been very good! I feel as though I have better service than I did with my previous carrier, and my data speeds have definitely gotten faster. Call quality is also great. No complaints here read more
