It's a walk in service kind of the place, first come first serve. You won't be disappointed.

The young lady told me that I can be out on a payment plan in which I can control how many times a month I pay until I reach the total. What I did not know at the time was that the payment plan was from a 3rd party, in which I would be charged more than the phone actually cost. Now I'm paying nearly $1300 for this phone and cannot back out of it without handing in the phone to the 3rd party (SmartPay). You guys DID NOT tell me this and completely scammed me out of 400+ dollars. DO NOT GO HERE.

I know absolutely nothing about how phones work I was asking questions and just getting looked at by two men doing nothing. There wasn't any one else in the store so I don't understand why I wasn't being helped with the questions that I had. The man told me something that I could do with the phone I told him that I didn't know how to do that , I wasn't given just met with silence. It was an absolute waste of my time and to think I was considering switching from the Cox internet service that I have to Verizon. Absolutely not anymore.

After reading many glowing reviews, I chose to bring my phone there. Over 600 Google reviews - every single one a 5-star rating - were spot on, as my experience was outstanding also. The shop is conveniently located in Warwick, inside the Walmart at the R.I. Mall on Bald Hill Road. Surrounded by cell phone accessories, one woman sits at a desk that is also her workshop. Magic happens here ... She quickly diagnosed that my phone needed a new charging board/port, and explained the repair in a straightforward manner, with a clearly quoted price that was very reasonable. She keeps parts for many phones, but happened to be out of the part for my particular phone, so I had to return a couple days later, when it was re-stocked. No problem, though, she said my phone was also capable of being charged using a wireless magsafe charger (which I didn't know about). She sold me a wireless charger at a very reasonable price, and she was so thorough that she tried it on my phone to made sure it worked, before I left the store. I was very grateful that I was able to use my business phone again, while I waited for the part to be ordered. As promised, two days later, the part arrived, and she contacted me. I returned, left the phone with her, went to do an errand, and when I returned about 45 minutes later, my phone repair was complete, and my phone was fully charged, with a new glass screen protector installed (which I requested) and my phone case reinstalled. The phone was good to go, and instantly begins charging when I plug a charge cord in it. I am beyond happy, and would recommend this business without hesitation.

When a phone is not available at the store have it delivered at the store directly and have 2 associates sign. I had to get it send to my address. However, UPS gives u 2 attempts for delivery with signature required to address on package. UPS did not give me the option to pick up at the UPS store and sign. The delivery time was given a date and delivery will be made by 7:00pm no real time update. So u have to be home all day to receive the delivery and hope to catch the UPS guy at his time.

I initially came looking for a battery charging case for my iPhone 6, which the store was out of. However, the store attendant was very helpful and explained that buying an expensive charging case might not be the best investment as if I were ever to change my phone model then my charging case would be useless. Instead, the very attentive and gracious store manager showed me the extensive collection of portable phone chargers they carried, which were all on sale! I ended up purchasing a $60 model for only $30 in addition to a brand new case and screen protector for my phone, both of which the manager kindly installed for me for free. And because I bought so much, the manager threw in a second free portable charger as well! I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for any phone accessories or cases in the Providence area. Some of their products are on the pricier side, but they have a wide selection, the employees are helpful and they do have sales. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchases.
