What is neat is that they have "blank" cell phone cases and the machine allows them to print whatever picture you want onto the case to personalize your phone. They have new cases as well for your iphone 6 and 6 plus. They also have tempered glass meant to protect your iphone's glass from breaking.

However, the store attendant was very helpful and explained that buying an expensive charging case might not be the best investment as if I were ever to change my phone model then my charging case would be useless. Instead, the very attentive and gracious store manager showed me the extensive collection of portable phone chargers they carried, which were all on sale! I ended up purchasing a $60 model for only $30 in addition to a brand new case and screen protector for my phone, both of which the manager kindly installed for me for free. And because I bought so much, the manager threw in a second free portable charger as well! I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for any phone accessories or cases in the Providence area. Some of their products are on the pricier side, but they have a wide selection, the employees are helpful and they do have sales. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchases.

Sam was very responsive to email and came out to give us estimates within a couple of days. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained everything in layman's terms and got an estimate back to us within days too. He is very reasonable and was able to start the job within less than two weeks. We had him start off with our business first and we love the option of being able to view our business right from our phones! He knew just what we were looking for and what types of cameras were needed. We are going to be installing with him again at our other business and in the future our home as well. When a phone is not available at the store have it delivered at the store directly and have 2 associates sign. I had to get it send to my address. However, UPS gives u 2 attempts for delivery with signature required to address on package. UPS did not give me the option to pick up at the UPS store and sign. The delivery time was given a date and delivery will be made by 7:00pm no real time update. So u have to be home all day to receive the delivery and hope to catch the UPS guy at his time.

That happened, so I returned and he quickly fixed it again. Unfortunately, I made a bad TV choice and the issue stuck no matter what. He advised me not keep trying as it wasn't worthwhile financially. However, he offered me a credit for one of the used TVs he was selling, which was a great deal. In short, he has the expertise to fix what can be fixed, and the caring to take care of you (not just try to rack up a bill for himself). Very fair, friendly and helpful.

I brought my amp to this guy. The only thing wrong with it was 1 speaker jack was not working. The…read moreday I brought it to him I had been using it that morning and all the sound was working loudly. He fixed the jack but then told me it don't get loud when pumping up the volume. He did something and messed it up and dared to ask more money in the line of 200. 00 on top of the money he took already. I also gave him my cd player that the belt broke. He replaced the belt then told me the machine had to be re-calibrated and it was a pain in the butt so he wanted another 185.00. So what this guy did was charge me diagnostics charges despite me telling him what exactly was wrong and he confirmed I was correct. I left the cd player there believing it was not worth additional repairs. It was a sony cd player that stored 300. A month later I called sony and told them about this and they told me no such thing needed be done just because the belt broke. I found out that my CD player actually was worth 1200.00 as a classic being sold on amazon and that was what led me to call sony. I found out that he shorted out the pre-amp on my amp when he took it apart.
