Absolutely the worst customer experience I've ever had. The store is run so poorly I'm surprised it's still open! I was trying to switch my service over and a process that should have taken 45 mins was almost 4 hours! I said to cancel my order, but was told one of the 2 phones was ordered and they can't cancel until the phone came in. I had the phone sent to their store and when it came in, I went there and told them to cancel it. The kid who originally set up the order (has since been fired) said he didn't know how to do it and the manager would have to do it. I had never accepted the phone, touched the phone, or even seen the phone. I was assured the manager was going to take care of it and I wouldn't have to go back. Fast forward 3 months and I'm still getting charged for a phone I never had. The manager (Erica) was supposed to be looking into this and keeping me updated. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard anything, I've tried calling and she said a ticket was put in and the DM was also looking into this. Today I'm told she is on vacation for a month! I asked who is in charge and apparently nobody is. They won't give me the DM number. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! My wife and I went in looking for a new cell phone plan. Angel, the sales associate who assisted us told us we did not qualify for the plan we wanted. He then said he might be able to get us the deal another way and took down my info. I questioned why he needed my social and he said it was a soft credit check to see if I ever had direct tv. I then told him I came in looking for a cell plan, not a new cable company and would never go with Direct Tv. We then left the store and went straight to Verizon. 2 days later I received an email saying I was signed up with Direct TV. I NEVER wanted cable and didn't consent to this. Be careful in this store especially with Angel. He misinformed us and fraudulently signed us up for Direct TV. read more

I believe people who buys phones and set up monthly plan got good service. But if you are getting a prepaid phone/account, the service is 0 star. I stepped in to ask a young guy to help set up a prepaid account, not only his fake smiles gone right away, he showed enough impatient by telling me to go to a nearby ATT rather than working with him, an authorized store! I insisted that I don't want to drive even if I need to pay a 5 dollar activation fee charged by the store. He started working but kept his eyes on every coming in guest in case he missed any big buyer! He even went to ask somebody if he had questions simply because he showed interest on a new phone in the middle of setting up my account. Luckily, I knew how bad they are and would not go back because I used the prepaid phone as a transition and I went to ATT got a new phone and plan when my new employer approved my phone plan. read more

Went in to connect a cell phone. Dealt with a young lady who exuded such disdain I'm amazed she made it thru the interview to even be hired. At no point was I treated with the bare minimum of respect you would expect from a service industry professional. Wound up leaving the store and calling att directly to get the phone set up. read more
