Beware!!! Awful, awful, awful customer service... manager outright denied about them putting a…read morescreen protector on my Samsung Flip when it was purchased there. I watched them do at time of purchase with a fancy machine...Charlatans! Denied it even with a receipt that I have from the purchase. Now that their screen protector is cracking they say that Samsung put it on and not them and that I can't remove the screen protector without breaking the screen. Someone screwed up at time of purchase and now they're trying to cover their behinds. How stupid. I am sure that I am not the only one that they did this to. They owe me a new Samsung Flip for their ignorance...they own this! Also, very nasty and rude staff dismissing my valid concerns. Customer service very subpar.
