A simple fix which they turned into 3 hrs of wasting my life and me walking out with a bricked phone which will no longer boot or hold a charge. The explanation? Them telling me that Google sends them faulty batteries and they see this all the time. WTFF Google and why are you telling long time customers to use places like this? They don't care if they f over your phone or your life. Don't ever use this franchise if you want real help! Have worked over 15 yrs in the tech biz and this kind of incompetence now seems the norm.
