They had everything up and running within minutes, including porting my number and helping me transfer data to my new phone. Compared to other locations I've visited, this one is much calmer and more attentive. No long waits, no hassle. Michael helped me out, and he was fantastic--knowledgeable, approachable, and clearly experienced. If you're thinking about switching carriers or just need solid support, this store is a great bet.

I was told my watch cellular plan would be $10/month not $15/month and that my phone plan would be updated to the Go5g Plan from the old Magenta plan for $20/month, not $40/month. With both of these misquotes, I am now paying an extra $25/month for my bill. Customer service was unable to rectify these issues for me, even after escalating to supervisors, and told me to have the store location that misquoted me handle it. I have had to call this location SO many times trying to get assistance and was told every time that the manager Steve was not there and they'd leave a message for him -- multiple different employees said this and when I showed up in person since no one was calling me back, Steve told me no one ever gave him the messages. I was told that I would get a monthly RECURRING adjustment on my bill of $25/month because of the mishap, and have had to call/show up multiple times to get this credit and have only gotten it less than a handful of times. I am done chasing around people who don't know how to do their jobs. Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other T-Mobile location unless you want your bill messed up.

Great worth the convenience. Well no this is start of possible nightmare. Non apple parts not recognized and makes trade in a big problem. Face ID now doesn't work, which for me is a huge problem as all my apps are set up with that only. Can't reset my Apple ID on it etc..and only solution is to drive 1-1/2 hours to maybe get it done same day.. or mail it and hope it doesn't take many days.. and you still will end up with non OEM phone parts and this gets logged in the service history. The guy there is nice enough even said they send your old screen parts to make new aftermarket parts in NJ. Perhaps the harvest to make more valuable parts is the point of this place. Maybe not as will see what happens tomorrow as he's going to call owner and find out what he can do to help fix this terrible situation. He will See if going to try and charge me more to fix Face ID with non OEM parts in far off location. My life is all messed up bc of this decision. Will update once resolved
