    Best store/shop to get your phone fixed in Randolph, MA and the surrounding areas! Won't be going to the kiosk at the mall again.

They also wouldn't let me leave to make a phone call bc they are "monitored on the amount of door swings" which is screwed up in itself.     We're to start, first off the hours on the door are just a suggestion. Went their 3 times(…read moredifferent days) today during morning hours, says open at 10? 10:15nope lights off left . Last week 1030, again nope, called next time no answer another day. Another day called mid afternoon again no answer. Third time showed up 1035, waited in lot till 1050 finally staff member opened up . Store is a complete joke . 70 % of the shelves and tables have no product , wife had updated / traded in phone .. paid the taxes / 36 months was told bill would increase 11-13 dollars a month got my first bill increase of 78$ !!added fees , customer service zero help ! Took almost 2 weeks to get phone ( after being told will be in in 2 days ) would try and call to check status was told" did you get an email ? Or a call?" No , Then nothing here followed up by a click .. finally just went in , " yeah it's here , no sorry no nothing .. looked at the date on box , delivered 2 days after ordered ! So would have sat in the safe for who knows how long . No management , false promises , unethical sales practices ! Upgrade fees ? Hidden fees ? Nothing is conveyed to the customer, all hidden to hit their marks ... stay away , been a customer since early 90's with all the iterations leading up to AT&T ...

    AT&T is a place I visit often for one reason or another. I stopped at this store as I was in the…read morearea and concerned since my bill rose much higher than I predicted. After actually finding how to get into this place (which is extremely confusing if you aren't from the area), I was given friendly and helpful service, which was greatly appreciated. The staff were very friendly and very easy to understand. They actually explained what happened very clearly (which is not something typical for any business, I feel like anywhere you go for anything understanding a rewards program, warranty, or even billing cycle can be difficult, since people don't articulate it correctly!!!), and how AT&T sent me a bill in the mail between the time I made a payment and had next bill due; confusing for some, but they fixed it almost immediately. What I will complain about this store with, and the reason they have lost two stars, is for two reasons. First, aforementioned, the layout of the parking area and how to get in is horrible. No signage and very weird layout in general. Second, is that they are actually not a completely legal shop. By Massachusetts state law, stores and restaurants have to be maintained at 66 - 68 degrees, this place wasn't freezing, but it was because their were space heaters surrounding the entire shop. Space heaters are not permitted in public spaces according to Massachusetts State Laws. I also found this shop small, and would be easily overwhelmed if more busy. They only had one employee working, which seemed to be fine for the time I went, but under busier conditions, would be very frustrating. I typically go the Dedham AT&T, which is closer to my house, and they always have at least three employees (or possible more), have no space heaters, and have a much better parking layout. Average AT&T location. I appreciate their help, but they have improvement to be one of the best locations. 3 stars.

    I went here to try and get service on my phone. When I arrived, it was very busy with many people…read morewaiting. The staff apologized to everyone for the delay and gave regular updates and make sure everyone was being taken care of in the order that they arrived. Unfortunately, they weren't able to help me as I found a better deal, but the staff here was amazing, the store was clean, and everyone else seemed happy dealing with the other customer service reps. Should my situation change and needing to look for products and services. I would definitely come back to the store

    Sitting in the store now, and had a friend's father walk in with an issue (not 100% sure what it…read morewas for) but he left unhappy and said he was going to the Verizon store across the parking lot. As soon as he left 3 of the 4 employees instantly began talking bad of the guy, mocking and making fun him , all while I sat there as the only customer in the store. This went on for 5 minutes while I sat there, only feet away as they spoke loudly enough that it was far from a private conversation. I was in the store before he had walked in and he was frustrated but did nothing wrong, besides saying he'd never had to do something before, in all his time with AT&T. He never caused a scene and was inside for maybe 3 minutes. You may want to be careful when trashing a customer with other customers in the store, it's unprofessional and you never know who knows who. To change my plan it has not taken 3 trips to ATT locations, spent 6 hours on the phone and online chat. Will be following him to Verizon. The only bright spot was the gentleman who helped me was great. "Ashely" ( name on her name tag) on the other hand seemed to be the ringleader of the customer bashing. Upon leaving the store, the guy who had been helping me came outside to advise on the issue and again, was being very helpful, and when I mentioned that the customer his colleagues were Lou dying discussing before was a family friend , he apologized numerous times (though he had done nothing wrong)
