They even gave us a great break on a trade in for our 3 4s iphones even tho 1 had a cracked screen and made the deal work at the price point that WE (me & my son) had in mind for all 3 phones with our expected trade-in/trade-up. I had called 5 other Boston based iPhone independent shops around town and even visited one in Brighton. NONE came close to the discounted price on all 3 iPhone 5S that i received from these guys. We even had a great time talking to them and they serviced all our iPhones while there. Great experience. They said, if any probs just come back with what you bought. We went over to the T-Mobile corporate store at Legacy Place in Dedham, got 3 new sims made and all the iphones powered up. These looked and acted like new with great batt life, like new batts!. Another woman comes walking past us (Daris). We didn't think she worked there because her mouth was full of food. She walked past us & the first associate said "that's them." We started to explain, and she cut us off and said call 611, and continued to walk out. As we tried to continue the reason why we were there, she became short, her tone changed as we were bothering her, and she walked out. She came back in & we asked to speak to the manager. She pointed at the manager, which was talking to another person. My girlfriend was angry and humiliated. We kept our cool. As my girlfriend was talking to me about the lack of customer service, Davis decided to start rudely talking across the room to my girlfriend telling her that she needs to keep quiet. This started a verbal confrontation. Some customers left, and we said "good luck" to them as we were losing our patience. Daris than snapped at us again, raising her voice at us. The whole time, the manager "Justin" just sat there & did not intervene. It started to interrupt his conversation, than he got involved & told us to go to another store because "they don't" help customers with their account issues or pins. We went up to another store a few miles away. We were in & out within two minutes. Whether they are a authorized dealer or not, they lack simple decency, respect, and morals. We have since left Verizon after me being a "valued customer" for 25 years.
