When you arrive at 30 Main you think "hole in the wall" but inside is magic! Brendan and his staff are so welcoming that you immediately feel at home. He took a quick look inside the CPU and then most apologetically asked if I could leave it with him. He promised to call me at 5 pm with a verdict. The call came at 4:30. Would I like to have my hard drive moved into another CPU? That way, I wouldn't lose any of my documents or programs. So I said sure. Next morning, I get a text saying the cpu was ready. Turns out that the diagnostic test was faulty, and it was an easy repair. So I received my original CPU back, and I bought a used monitor to go with it. I was expecting a humongous bill, but the price for the repair and the monitor was so reasonable, I felt that I had been given a gift. I highly recommend you check with Brendan Cheever before giving up on your technology. He's an honest man, and if he can't fix it, he'll tell you. All other places that I've had a screen replaced at, it took 30 minutes max, 8 hours is ridiculous. The screws at the base next to my charging port were not fully screwed in. They have very helpful live chat that has solved many technical questions I've had and reply to emails very fast as well. There's a lot of useless junk via cPanel, but the essentials are all there and all hardware/software is up to spec. Anyone can have specs, though. 5 stars is for service. Never expected it for as little as I pay/month.
