My family and I went into the store and were immediately greeted with a handshake from the manager, Chris, good guy. We had very specific questions and I'm a demanding customer and the representative, Manny, who assisted my family was able to answer all of our questions in detail and was patient and courteous. We weren't ready to make the jump yet so we left to think about it. We were back in the store two hours later, we took them up on one of their awesome family plan deals they just announced. My parents both got their first starter phones, I chose to buy mine online for less from Ebay and am waiting to receive it, but so far AT&T service has been reliable on my T-mobile LG G2. Anyways, the representative, also named Chris, that helped us the second time was knowledgeable, friendly and Insanely patient with my mother and I. I couldn't thank them enough for their professionalism and patience. We are happy with our new phones and plan and are looking forward to the service. I want to point out that I was able to remember the employees names in the store because my experience was so positive at this location.

I went back to review what was supposed to be done with Dan and he said he would take care of it. Next month billing still incorrect. We exchanged emails and I was again assured it would be fixed. Now several months later it is still wrong, when I email Dan I get no responses and now we can not get the insurance on the phone we were supposed to have and are still be billed incorrectly. I will not go to this location ever again and will look to change providers.

The salesman gave me a flyer on the warranty insurance should I need to call then showed me a variety of cases and rang me up with his tablet. In and out. We have switched all of our phones over now. Three we got from the store and one from Amazon. Either way it all worked out well. On a separate note check with your employer and see if there are any added discounts. Alliance Mobile, 225 Worcester Road, under the guise of AT&T is happy to take your money and make a sale, but not take the extra step to provide customer service excellence and do the right thing for AT&T customers. Went in today to pick up an Apple Watch that was ordered a few months ago. Was charged the promotion cost and the service line, without having the product in hand. Well today, there was no watch to pick up. Eleanor first said that the watch was sent back and doesn't have a record of who shipped it back. Then said there was nothing she could do. Her "supervisor" on the phone declined to honor the contract despite having the same model in stock. There was no tracking number proving the watch was ever returned. There's no policy stating how long they hold the merchandise before returning it. First, she said 14 days, then 21 days, then a month. In speaking with AT&T customer service on the phone, she said that it may have been reclassified in their inventory. There is no supervisor or manager at this location, and sales seem to be making decisions that take advantage of customers' time and hard-earned money. A complaint was filed with AT&T corporate. Unprofessional, unhelpful, not client-service focused, and deceitful. Lesson Learned Avoid this location at all costs! Take the time to visit the corporate location at the mall.

I noticed a sign that said they also replaced cracked screens so I asked about the service. The technician explained that if he replaced the screen Apple would not look at the phone.
