Just got a letter form this place Titled Labor Poster Compliance telling me it was a law that I get a Federal Labor Poster. The price was $90.25 and I had to have it urgently. Sound like a scam??? It is. These are available free from OSHA and USA for FREE. Suspending the rest of this review pending review with USPS. Owner should do the same. read more

Got a mail from them today in which they named their printing business "Labor Poster Compliance" (not sure if this is even legal). They make the whole letter looks like a notice sent by the labor compliance department, with document ID, payment due date, potential fines and all that. I was almost convinced until I searched their address, and found out about this business (hence this review). I then finally noticed their disclaimer of not being associated with any government agencies in the back of the letter, at the very bottom corner... Folks, you don't need to pay them $80 bucks for a labor poster, those posters are available for free online, and you can just download and print them yourself. You call this creative marketing, and I call this phishing. read more

Rented a PO Box here for getting mail and packages sent. Went well for a couple weeks then the person who runs the place was out sick for a full weekend. I had a package that was supposed to get delivered here but it was delivered to a wrong address somewhere else in the shopping plaza. Box was finally located by the owner a few days later. We bring it home and it's completely empty. Expensive contents gone.I don't know if the owner of this place stole it or the place it was delivered to at Citi trends stole it but either way it is not safe to send stuff here. Unless you want it stolen. Use a regular post office for a P.O. Box . Not these crooks. The guy who runs this place can barely even handle answering the phones without losing his patience. I don't know what to think of this place. My package was shipped from this place a few months ago and arrived on the West Coast in pieces. I was charged 70.00 which included his $20 materials. I was appalled at the price. It was a priceless gift from my mom which can never be replaced. I left the facility and 2 hours later came back to try and fetch it before it left with Fed Ex. Something just didn't feel right. I get there and the owner tells me it just left. I will never go there again. read more

I'd bet to say I was one of the first customers to walk into this store when it first opened. Having been someone who both worked for the US Postal Service and travels around the world, I have a decent knowledge when it comes to mail and parcel delivery services. First, I'd like to say Pat it is one of the nicest and most personable workers I've seen in the industry ( including overseas branches ). He strives to remember customer names, and always cares about making sure customers are taken care of. Secondly, Pat offers some of best prices around ( for FedEx, USPS, and DHL). Sending important documents ( such as visa paperwork...etc.) can be extremely expensive, especially with government agencies. Having sent these kinds of documents numerous times, Pat has certainly saved me a decent amount of money. Lastly, every single item I've shipped has arrived (safely) and earlier than estimated. Overall, I'd highly recommend Postal Plus One. And I'm thankful to have entrusted my documents/packages to be sent there. read more

Shipped canister set to Pennsylvania. Chose this shipper because item was fragile. Brought canister set in bubble wrapped and questioned shipper if it was okay. He stated he would pack it with peanuts, mark it fragile, and it would be fine. Package arrived damage and shipper stated he never saw the original item. Disputed credit card and shipper lied to credit card company stating that I forbid hm to inspect item. Dishonest businessman-does not stand up for customer when FedEx is negligent.
