This is about the delivery drivers! They can't read! They don't ring a door bells! Laziest bunch can't climb a flight of stairs! I'd love to know how are we suppose to know their there! So unprofessional but then they want a tip! They can't do their job right but expect a raise & tips! Been waiting on my package for 5 days stayed home missing dr appointments waiting on the lazy UPS driver who can't ring a buzzer don't know if he's afraid to break a finger or a finger nail! They can't read a sign that says PLEASE RING BUZZER! I call they said dropped off at store I go package is not there! I get packages from FedEX no problem! You pay for shipping for this crap can't even get your package! I expect a full $200.00 refund for my package! Not paying for an item lost due to their negligence ignorance & stupidity! read more

I was not impressed by UPS already but this location deserves a medal for the worst possible service! I moved minutes from their warehouse and they have the nerves on a beautiful sunny day to send me an alert saying that "due to weather conditions" they cannot deliver my package they actually received FIVE DAYS AGO! They shamelessly pulled the very same excuse a couple of weeks ago on a very sunny period as well. They are now using COVID as an excuse but look at the other reviews, they are ALWAYS late and always lying/making up excuses for it. So to get back at their incompetent staff here is what you need to do: Call their 800 number and make sure to get a case number from the agent and ask to speak to a supervisor with this case number. ONLY SUPERVISORS have the ability to call the warehouses and the more case-numbers are recorded, the sooner their incompetent managers will be called on the carpet. Don't roll eyes while letting them get away with this, do something that will actually make a difference. read more

I've really got to tip my hat to these people. They somehow managed to destroy not just one, but two of my packages within a single seven-day period. One package was sent back to the sender due to damage, and the other was damaged to such an extent that it wasn't even salvageable. That's as remarkable a level of recklessness and apathy as I think I've ever seen. I mean yeah, I'll admit that I'm frustrated that I didn't get my packages, and now I need to go through the whole rigmarole of getting multiple refunds for damaged merchandise at the same time, but I really have to hand it to them. I don't think I've seen such consistent dedication to being utterly incompetent and useless in years. Persistence in mediocrity, if you will. You'll note that this hub received numerous glowing reviews from employees on other websites. I'm assuming the reason they get such positive feedback from employees is because this is the only employer who would put up with this level of incompetence and disregard for other peoples' property without immediately firing all of them. This is how my beloved dogs' ashes were returned to me. Notice the condition of the box right near the "Please handle with care" sticker. It also looks like they kicked her down the stairs. When I called to let UPS know (I merely wanted to make them aware, not actually make a complaint) I was told that the matter would be investigated. A few hours later Chris Granata from the UPS in Shrewsbury called. He was rude, combative and kept "passing the buck." He blamed the sender for not adequately padding and securing the package. I assured him it was padded thoroughly and the sender is not responsible for the outside of the package, UPS should be. If the sender had tried to send the package in this condition I would hope UPS would refuse to accept it and make the sender repackage. It seems obvious that the damage to the outside was a result of UPS not the sender. The urn inside was damaged as well. He again blamed the sender. I told him that they sent me a new one and that package and urn was undamaged. I then tried to tell him that I did not want to file a complaint but only wanted someone to know so this can be improved. He very rudely interrupted me and told me it sounded like I needed to contact corporate. I asked him how to do that and told him I had gone to UPS.com but there was no clear way to file a complaint other than to call the toll-free number I initially called. He said, "I don't know go on the website and try to find the social media sites and do it that way." He was rude, unprofessional and combative. He was also insensitive to the fact that this was my dogs remains and not a pair of shoes. ZERO STARS read more

This is partially my fault for not paying attention, but also the clerk at the store should know better than to try and scam people. I dropped off an Amazon return to this location to ship back, It was packaged but needed to be taped and the clerk said, "You do know it says in the fine print that there are additional charges for us packaging and taping this." He told me I could buy a roll of tape or he could charge me $2 to tape it with their tape; I know its only $2, but the principal is still about how many people they do this too and how much they are scamming over time. I should have realized to actually look and see that it clearly states in the Amazon return, per their agreement with UPS, that they will package and ship for FREE. Just beware that if you go to this store, if they are willing to scam $2 for something that is free, imagine what else they are charging you for that they shouldn't be. read more

I use this store for all of my shipping needs. The staff members are knowledgeable and helpful. At Christmas time, I usually mail off 20-25 packages. They always arrive on time. In addition, I recently had a dilemma. I was going on vacation in Florida and needed my tennis racquet because I was playing in several matches. I did not want to risk packing my racquet for fear it would be damaged and I did not have time to buy a new racquet down there before the tennis match. Shrewsbury UPS wrapped and boxed my favorite tennis racquet and the racquet arrived in Florida the day before I arrived. Yay, UPS. Let's hope I score a winner on the court like you did on shipping. read more

I kindly asked the blonde eastern european cashier to let me borrow a small piece of tape for my package (which I was aware I needed to complete myself) to make sure it was completely secured, and she refused to do so. UPS Shrewsbury Ma facility is currently holding 3 of my Christmas packages hostage ( one since Dec. 8th!!!!) is this where Christmas presents go to die???? or do they go home with someone else????? When I called UPS they tried the bait and switch - blame game " have you checked with your local post office? we may have handed it off to them!" yup, sure did... used the USPS tracking number you provided..... "USPS Currently Awaiting Package"(((SHOCKER)))....the postal service is WAITING FOR YOU TO HAND OVER THE PACKAGE and they have been since Dec. 16th. But, nice try to get me off the phone after waiting 15 minutes to speak to a human. The rep at the desk runs around the counter and starts yelling at me for taking too many envelopes and rips them out of my hands...appalling. One of the worst ups stores around. 1) They change their timings on Saturday wherever they feel like. For example today, 06/26/16 the store was closed at 1:30 PM instead of 4:00 PM. 2) The owner charges for applying tape to the box, who no other store or service does. Update: 3) Today the owner asked for a dollar to give the plastic pouch that is used to hold the shipping label Please avoid this franchise. Absolute worst. Will charge you for every single thing. Please drive a mile east and go to the staples store which has another UPS location. I wish Amazon started using FedEx for returns. I try to avoid this store as much as possible. read more

Horrible, Most every package I receive from this hub is severely damaged if not "re-Taped" due to severe handling. Over the past year they have "lost" 4 items. I use Amazon maybe 5 -10 times a month with Prime shipping. About 20% of the time UPS has held prime shipping packages at the hub or show out for delivery and ends up taking a week. read more

Wasted half an hour of time here waiting for the only person working to not be able to print one copy of a simple photo I needed printed. They were unable to print my photo, I had to try to trouble shoot, and eventually left to go print elsewhere. To add insult to not being able to complete a simple task well within their scope of services ostensibly offered, they charged me for the single black and white copy I had made after wasting my time.
