Yes the parking lot is fairly small but I never have an issue with parking. I will warn you this place does get super busy usually all times of the day , so I avoid using them to do any services aside from my mail box. Although the employees are extremely awesome at this location , it's usually only one cashier working at all times , so the line becomes extremely long , so please have patience. If you have time and you seem to be traveling by this location go for it , at least the employees are super pleasant unlike so many USPS employees I ran into all my life .

Love this Providence USPS hub location! Its extended hours (lobby with clerks open to 9 pm on…read moreweekdays, unheard of!) are so convenient and helpful when I have something that must go out that day, but I've missed the cutoff at my local location. Lines can be long, but the self service kiosk can help me most times. Sometimes people jam the package bins, though, which somehow goes unnoticed by staff, and means you have to get in the sometimes long lines anyways. There are a wide range of extra services offered here, and tons of a wider variety of the free priority packaging options than most other locations have. There's a large parking lot, but people whip through it, so be careful! This location and its convenient extended hours are such an asset for local small business owners and residents alike.

I went in to get my boyfriends passport and that is a tedious task as is but they made it so much easier and took their time with us even though some things we had were wrong they quickly fixed our issues with diligence and eagerness to help. both employees were great and patient I never write reviews but I felt the need to compliment this service.
