There does not appear to be a street side mail box, so I went inside to post some letters. There are a lot of PO boxes at this location. There are mail slots for letters/flats and packages in the lobby as well as vending machines for postage. A customer service office is off the lobby as well. The entrance to the building is down a few steps from the sidewalk.

The staff is knowledgeable about everything from mailing packages to renewing passports. I did have some difficulty finding the entrance. The address of this post office is 820 Elmwood Avenue, but you can't enter from Elmwood. The entrance & exit are actually on Cadillac Drive. I had to circle the block to figure it out, but now I know for the future. This seems like a busy post office, so keep that in mind if you're in a hurry. You may have to wait in line for a few minutes.

A mix of old wooden PO Boxes and new metal ones are available in the lobby. It's a small space but they manage to fit a lot in. I mailed a package from here and kept the receipt to track delivery. Just a normal package, no special instructions. But the package never showed it had left the building. I filed a missing package report through the USPS website and about a week later our mailman showed up with the box saying it needs postage. I took the package and receipt back to this post office and the clerk (a different one) put new postage on it at no cost to me. Both clerks were very nice. We think the label used first time was torn off in the sorting process. A smaller label was used this time so we should be good.
