My business partner and I started our company a little over a year ago and we designed our own logo and business cards to save money and to say they were lame would be an understatement. On the day of my execution of the purchase I met Steve who also was educating. I was also transferring data from my old machine at Staples as well as the installation of various programs. This takes a day to do. When I arrived to claim my new machine, Steve took me through all aspects of its operation and spent the time linking my printer and installing new printer ink among various other details and connections. Steve went above any typical customer service especially making sure I was as familiar as possible with the operation of the new machine and I really appreciate that kind of effort. We started with an initial Zoom meeting to discuss my vision, and see some samples, and she overnight shipped me samples to be able to see the paper, ink colors, and feel the texture.
