She tends to have a very high opinion of herself and thinks she is just the best thing that ever happened to this post office. She should be removed but she will hide behind her Union. There was a short line, and one employee on the register. He was delightful, chatting up all the customers, getting a few laughs and smiling like he just loved serving the public. You don't often get that at a post office and it was very refreshing. The line moved along pretty well depending on how many items each customer had to process and everyone was patient. There are a couple of tables in the lobby for filling out forms. One gentleman must have purchased stamps and was putting postage on a pile of cards at one of the tables. They have PO Boxes, shipping materials and cards for sale as well as flat rate boxes and envelopes available in the lobby so you can box up your items before going to the clerk for service. Passports are not processed here, but at the Warwick Post Office. Plenty of parking in their private lot, which is 'one-way'. A drive-up mailbox is located at the parking lot exit. Wheelchair buttons to auto open the doors if you need assistance are to the side of the entrance.

Instead of doing the right thing, they rooked me for almost $60 to get the package to the right person. UPS didn't make the initial mistake, but the label was never scanned since it was INSIDE of my package. Young kids with the typical attitude now found in Warwick. Go elsewhere.
