However, as soon as you walk into this gleaming, bright new location, it feels just a little better than most shipping centers. Even better yet, though, is superstar Bie Khang who's helped me each time I've come in - she's a ball of positive energy who nearly leaps at the chance to help. I've shipped here a few times that were an absolutely breeze, AND when I needed something notarized, bang! She supported there too, all with that same helpful and cheery attitude throughout. I prefer UPS to FedEx and USPS whenever I have the choice; I prefer this location of UPS over other locations now, hands down. Excellent service!

On the day of my execution of the purchase I met Steve who also was educating. I was also transferring data from my old machine at Staples as well as the installation of various programs. This takes a day to do. When I arrived to claim my new machine, Steve took me through all aspects of its operation and spent the time linking my printer and installing new printer ink among various other details and connections. Steve went above any typical customer service especially making sure I was as familiar as possible with the operation of the new machine and I really appreciate that kind of effort. Was told the pipe may be collapsed i would have to pay extra for the camera service. Even after the pipe was cleared if there was a heavy rain the pumps would run and the basement would still get wet. I had Wood's come out a year ago. Gave me a great price to clear the line and use the camera. 1st major point they were the only ones to root it from both ends. 2nd major point camera showed no damage to the pipe saving me thousands and tearing up my front yard. Best point it has been a year. The pumps have never come on. The water level has never risen. Basement has remained dry.

He picked the right-sized box for me, gave me tips on packing it for minimal movement, and showed me the right way to tape a box. He explained that they can't ship anything with liquid in it from that location so he gave me directions to another location 5 minutes away that could. The smug young "manager" (or so she represented herself) arrogantly refused to accept it on the grounds that it was too heavy. We tried to show her that we purchased the label properly and that she had to be mistaken but she loudly tried to shame us and dug in her heels, flatly refusing to accept it with continued major know-it-all attitude. She insisted that FedEx simply didn't deliver packages over 70 pounds to residential addresses. When we insisted that she look again, the only solution she could offer us was that we purchase express level service that cost over $600 more. When we couldn't agree to that she asked us to leave with our package. There was no convincing her that she had to be mistaken. When we got home, I called FedEx and of course our label was correct. The mistake she was making was that she was confusing their specific Home Delivery product (which is a special 70 pound limit service level that delivers packages on Saturdays to home addresses at no additional cost by using contracted non-FedEx drivers) with ALL home delivery in general. Our package was well within the limits for the FedEx Ground label that we purchased. So we wound up having a lot of our time wasted, strained ourselves unnecessarily, and were publicly shamed because this employee was improperly or inadequately trained in both FedEx policy and basic customer service. As it turns out, we were not the idiots that she was looking down her nose at... she is the actual idiot. Hopefully the REAL manager of the store will read this review and realize that he or she has a serious problem in need of fixing. Nastiness is never acceptable in a service oriented business like Kinko's... especially when Yelp exists. As it turns out, any Walgreens will take a FedEx drop off, and they don't give you the attitude that this nasty little big shot thinks is acceptable behavior. That'll be the last time I set foot in that place.

We all have bad days, but this person was not an example of customer facing professionalism. Didn't speak unless absolutely necessary and that was just the spiel corporate tells them to say. We needed a large cart to move a box from the back of the store. He just pointed to the regular shopping carts. At check out there was no interaction other than 'do you want insurance'. So zero stars for customer service. Not a big deal. They have a nice selection and if we are looking for something they carry we'll stop in again. It just would have been nice to share a bit of friendly interaction with a fellow human being but, whatever.

I picked up my posters and I had asked him how much would he charge to laminate my uncle's obituary card, he quickly grabbed it and took care of it. I really appreciated how he handled it with care and told me don't worry about the cost that he would take care of it, this means so much to me as this is important to me and I didn't want it to be damaged.
