Be aware. Today, May 25, shipped a bubble wrap envelope 6x9 with a greeting card to South Florida weighing 0.12 lbs (billable 1.00 lbs). Rate $16.91. Called back as I had shipped a boxed book on May 19 to same address for $9.19 weighing 1.68 lbs and asked why so expensive for a simple small envelope? Oh, you must have shipped it via USPS through us. Yes, now I remember. I was told I could have asked for a cheaper rate. April, one of their employees, is just awful and rude. I went in with an Amazon return that said customer packed. It was fully packed and taped up, but there was a tiny sliver of tape that was pealing on the edge. She went on and ridiculed me for it, you should've been there, saying how I needed to pack it, when I in fact did. The reason I'm giving this a 1-star review is because she has many complaints on Google and shame on this location's manager for not firing her. read more

Gold standard of shipping Convenient location Efficient service Prices aren't always palatable with UPS, but somewhat favorable to FedEx in my experience, and sometimes you need a premium shipper with its own fleet, instead of the postal service. I like UPS generally, and this location has served me well over the years. No frills, nothing special, but they have full service shipping and packaging capability, and I'm normally in and out quickly. That's what I'm looking for. read more

I ship out many packages weekly and I am always very happy with the service I receive from the local UPS store in Cumberland. I am very familiar with all of the staff there and they are always friendly. Due to Covid-19, my trips to this store have become more brief, but still positive. It seems as though there are a lot more people shipping things out recently as there is typically a line out the door when I get there. Of course, the line always moves quickly. I want to emphasize that the staff is knowledgeable and courteous and are always willing to answer my questions or find me a better price if there is one available. This store will always get my business. I wish I could give this store a 6/5 stars. read more

Always quick and efficient, they are willing to clarify anything you need because shipping can sometimes get confusing when it comes to cost and insurance and all that. It can get very busy during the holidays, but that's to be expected. Even so, they have done a great job with keeping the lines distanced and running smoothly so everyone stays safe. read more

I've been sending my print outs to this location, today the woman behind the counter tells me they charge for the email $3.... I've printed out 60+ invitations here every spring for my son's elementary school for Teacher Appreciation week, 2 copies of my resume last week and a photocopy today. The staff was nice enough to tell me that I can't ship from their location using a "third" party. I was shipping a package to a company using their ID number (as per their request) and they consider this third party. I was advised I would have to drive to Warwick - 40 minutes away with traffic. Not the staff's fault, but it is a UPS Store. I would have expected better. read more

I was in the store on Monday morning and it was a little busy. I was immediately acknowledged by the lady behind the counter and she told me they'd be right with me. It seemed that a computer wasn't working and they were working with only one computer. After a few minutes I was at the counter and I had a fax and to send my amazon return. Jenn was the girls name and remained calm even with a line to the door and what seemed like computer issues. She was so extremely kind and it was nice that she took her time. I apologized to her for the Monday morning computer issues and her reply was "Life is too short for bad days", she wished me a great Monday and I was on my way. I'm giving two stars because we have had great service in this location many other times. However, last week my husband and I went here to print out his W2 using the printing service. The printer apparently had just been reprogrammed and was not picking up the public computer to print off of. A woman I have never seen before came to help us, as it was a busy time. She recommended that my husband email her his W2, to be printed from the store computer. I could tell my husband was uncomfortable with that, considering it has all of our personal information, so we declined and asked for the refund for the "use" of the computer. While we were receiving the refund, I told my husband to email it to me and I'd print it from my work the following day. This woman had the audacity to say, "what the difference, it's going out online anyway." (Referring to his W2) I couldn't believe that I even had to explain to this woman that it's different because I'm his wife and I have access to our personal information. We left there baffled. This woman had no purpose to chime in with sarcastic remarks. Please give this woman some training in customer service, or better yet common sense. read more

My non-profit seasonal charity started using this store last year for all our printing needs, and they have delivered top-notch service once again this year. When we realized at the last minute we were short on specialty envelopes for a time sensitive mailing, they jumped through hoops to get us what we needed in what was really an unreasonable time frame. I've had a few great experiences at this store. The staff has been really friendly, and there have been a few times I couldn't make it to the store in time to pick up a package, and the staff worked with me and was very reasonable. I appreciate their willingness to help within their means. I know that it shouldn't be a big deal, but I found it really nice that the store tried to call me back several times after I left a message about a situation with a package that was delivered to the store while I was out of the country on business and left a message letting me know what my options were. Nowadays it's hard to get anyone to bother to take the time to look into your situation if you're not on the phone right then with them, and come back to you actively with a good solution, and I was impressed at their thoroughness. I will be using this store for all of my UPS needs from now on! read more

Went to have a package sent out Saturday morning, took about 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to help. A lady comes from behind the room and says "yea?" All my questions were answered "nope" or "you gotta do this and that". So rude!! Time for some customer service training! Will never do business there again! read more
