The car was very clean, but I noticed some greasy looking residue from the cleaners or polish on the inside of the car, on the gear shift and a few other spots. Also, the mats they had shampooed and put in the trunk were practically soaking wet. I had to lay them out once I got home for a couple days honestly for them to dry out. I am wondering what they normally do, and again, if this was rushed. Otherwise I was very happy with how clean the car was with the exception of these few things, and also the radio dial didn't look to be cleaned very well. Norman was the one who helped us, but was a bit off-putting the day I brought in my car. It was going to rain later in the day, but I had made an appointment. When I showed up he said they usually close when it rains (makes sense, but I had an appointment, were they going to call me and have me reschedule?). He said they would probably close early, and therefore seemed to maybe rush my detail. I dunno. In any case I think it was a good deal with the Groupon, but the location is out of the way for me, and the customer service wasn't great. It also took many phone calls before anyone even answered to book an appointment for us. I definitely wouldn't come back to pay full price based on the overall experience I had.
