There is a really big waiting area adjacent to the wash bay that you can buy cleaning products, pay for your wash, snacks and drinks etc. Definitely didn't expect that. Also large windows where you can see your car being run through. Was treated with friendly service from the time pulling up right to the end. A $14 wash gets you interior and exterior clean including vacuum and your pick of air freshener. A great deal, they did a great job and the woman at the pay station was awesome. A new favorite car wash for sure I will be back again!! Also a yelp check in scored me a coupon deal for $10 for the $14 wash :) a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended.

Finally he says which one and the weight isn't the on my car uses. I tell him this and he says oh well they are all the same. WTF? That was the end of the conversation. I had to go up the street and pay another 85 bucks to have the wrong oil and the refill done correctly with a new filter. Great car wash but I wonder how many people are getting oil changes and don't know that everyone is getting the same oil. I kept it in neutral with my hands off the wheel just like every week for the prior 2-3 years. But Brianna the lovely manager insists that I must be doing something to cause my car to come off the track, or my alignment must be off. When in reality, my alignment is perfect, and I do the same thing as always, which is just sit in neutral with hands off the wheel. So they refuse to take any responsibility because "they aren't driving the car through the wash". well guess what? Neither am I! I am sitting in it, in neutral, with hands off the wheel. I am not driving it either. IT IS ON A TRACK! No one is driving it!! If this is their defense, then people should have the choice to exit their car and let it go through the wash with no one in it. it would be the same as sitting in it and not touching anything. but then maybe you could hold them responsible when their broken wash damages your property. I will pursue this as far as I can because it is totally wrong that I should have to pay $500 to fix my car for their faulty equipment. Terrible service , but not unexpected . if they cared about customers, they would compensate me to fix the damage they caused. $500 to me is like $5 to them. The place makes a killing but they won't use it to help their loyal customers remain happy customers. now I am a non-customer And will be speaking with my council and/or the attorney general and ask if there is any way to hold these people accountable when their equipment damages people's property . I'm guessing I need to be more specific. There is two brushes in the middle of that car wash that are red that don't even spin to wash the side of the car as it goes through. I watch several cars go through the two red brushes we're not spinning to wash the car on the side. That's why the car is coming out dirty. Please check the brushes inside the tunnels to make sure they're all spinning. The day I went they were not. And when you take out hoses from the suction area, you have to cap the hole,its causing the machine to lose suction.

I got the gold package for $25, because of all the extra stuff including under carriage. What a waste of my $25!!! They cleaned my car in less than 10 minutes. That should have told me something. They vacuumed the floors well, but did a real awful job on the dash and all the spots that collect dust. How hard is it to take another 2 minutes to wipe the dashboard? It's just sad that they're charging the same amount as Rain, but do half the job. Lesson learned, stick to hand car washes!

Unfortunately the second time was just as bad except I paid more for it. Trying to make an appointment was near to impossible. They don't answer the phone so I had to drive there to make the appointment and of course the man was rude. So I waited probably five weeks or so for an appointment for car detailing. We showed up in the morning and I parked my car on the side of the parking lot so I could go in and ask where I should park it for detailing. The man I spoke with was absolutely rude and disrespectful. He kept telling me I couldn't park there and I kept trying to tell him that I need to know where I could park. He just didn't want to listen. So rude. I left my car and came back late afternoon to pick it up. I walked up to my car and I could see spots all over the plastic molding at the bottom of the driver side. I happen to ask a man who was there working what that was and he said it was probably spray from the tire spray. I looked at the tires and they looked a little shiny and I looked at the rims and they may have been a little shiny but they were also still dirty. He was kind enough to go and get a spray to take away those spots which were ugly. I opened the door to put my pocketbook inside and I noticed that the cupholders were still dirty. Then I looked at the pockets on the drivers door and they were filthy. They had been untouched. I mentioned it to this young man and he was disgusted himself and went and got something to fix it. I didn't dare look around anymore because I was just so disgusted. I realize that it was a bargain because I had a Groupon but it is no bargain if they don't do the job. I will never come back again.
