I had to go up the street and pay another 85 bucks to have the wrong oil and the refill done correctly with a new filter. Great car wash but I wonder how many people are getting oil changes and don't know that everyone is getting the same oil. I felt great about it, but within just a few days my dark gray car was literally yellow as the pollen had coated every inch of the car that I had painstakingly washed. A friend had spoken highly of his monthly membership to Flash Carwash, and so rather than spend lots more time washing my car by hand again, I decided to give it a try and purchased the basic month long subscription for around $25. I never expected I would be so impressed. After the first wash, my car was sparkling again, and there are free vacs that made the interior of my car pristine again as well. One visit and I was hooked. I actually went through the car wash 8+ times throughout the month, and completely conquered my fear of not being able to get my tires into the track (they have a very well placed mirror to help with this, as well as a attendant who used hand gestures to guide you into getting your wheels just right). Since the pollen now seems to have calmed down, I didn't extend my subscription beyond the month, but I did stop in just a few days ago to use the vacs and get the inside of my car clean again. And you can bet that next winter when my car is covered in salty grime and I'm feeling down, I'll be reinstituting my subscription and smiling more because my car will be shiny and clean thanks to Flash Car Wash

When in reality, my alignment is perfect, and I do the same thing as always, which is just sit in neutral with hands off the wheel. So they refuse to take any responsibility because "they aren't driving the car through the wash". well guess what? Neither am I! I am sitting in it, in neutral, with hands off the wheel. I am not driving it either. IT IS ON A TRACK! No one is driving it!! If this is their defense, then people should have the choice to exit their car and let it go through the wash with no one in it. it would be the same as sitting in it and not touching anything. but then maybe you could hold them responsible when their broken wash damages your property. I will pursue this as far as I can because it is totally wrong that I should have to pay $500 to fix my car for their faulty equipment. Terrible service , but not unexpected . if they cared about customers, they would compensate me to fix the damage they caused. $500 to me is like $5 to them. I'm guessing I need to be more specific. There is two brushes in the middle of that car wash that are red that don't even spin to wash the side of the car as it goes through. I watch several cars go through the two red brushes we're not spinning to wash the car on the side. That's why the car is coming out dirty. Please check the brushes inside the tunnels to make sure they're all spinning. The day I went they were not. And when you take out hoses from the suction area, you have to cap the hole,its causing the machine to lose suction.

By the time you roll through those gates you'll have aged like a fine wine or smelly aged cheese. Let's talk about the flashy wash features. I'm on the cheap side so I get the least expensive deal and with that I don't get the acid trippy psychedelic light journey that I've gotten at other car washes. It's also a hit or miss wash - sometimes my car comes out clean, other times it's spotty and I don't know why. There is a beacon of hope: the vacuum system. There are attendants at the entrance who vacuum the car out and at the exit to dry the car off and wipe down the windows and inside. Since it is a drive through car wash, make sure your side mirrors and any attachments are secure or removed before entering. There were a few occasions when I had to ask an attendant to wipe a dirt spot on the outside (usually around the license plate), or wipe down something in the inside. Overall, it's a solid place. It's certainly worth the cost and it's quite convenient. The people are kind and friendly too.
