I have a sports car that I won't let anyone touch--except here. Excellent job at cleaning and the staff are great. The wheels are very important with the accenting red calipers and MUST be cleaned right to be sharp. Enter Francisco! He does my tires and wheels by hand --outstanding! (He's a great guy and I take care of him--he more than deserves it!!) The vacuums are free--very powerful! Make sure nothing is loose in the car--or it will be gone!! LOL read more

Been to this car wash twice so far and I'm very pleased with each time. They have easy self-check in screens with various levels of washes. Last time I went they didn't have a line, so the workers spent a good few minutes first scrubbing down my car with their sponges/brushes before sending me down the wash tube. There are also vacuums out front to clean out your interior. Overall very nice car wash, will be going back! read more

Don't sign up for a monthly subscription! My card was charged twice in March. I cancelled at the beginning of April because of that and I was still charged on the 18th of April. I had to cancel my debit card to stop the charges. read more

I have been being charged twice the amount on a monthly basis since May, and I can't even reach anyone to take care of it. I have called numerous times and always have to leave a voicemail. No one calls back. I ask the on-site workers how to resolve this issue, and they tell me to call. I've been having to dispute the charges each month and can't even request to cancel my account with anyone. I would not recommend signing up for their monthly service. read more

I have been using this car wash on a regular basis since it opened. Had an incident recently, some debris in the roller caused the wash to malfunction. I drove 3,000 miles from California to Rhode Island. My car had so many bugs spattered on the front of my car. They did an amazing job. Nearly everything came clean with one wash but the owner came to check the result right away and invited me to go though one more time. He took time and care to prep and scrub and my car came out spotless. He came to check the result to make sure I was happy. This has been the best customer service I've experience anywhere. Car wash will not cancel my subscription despite telling me it had been done and continues to charge me monthly. Additionally the last time I went there, they used the incorrect brush on my car and left micro scratches everywhere. The brush was only meant to be used on windows, but he used it everywhere and ruined my paint. read more

I have a monthly unlimited car wash membership here. I used to love it. The people are friendly, they pre-wash your car and even towel dry it. Free vacuums are also a plus. Now, I don't like it very much. I go there after work. They close at 6, but it seems the past several months they close early about 90% of the time. Today I was there at 5:45 and it was closed. Frustrating! If they are only going to be open part time, I'd like a discount on my membership. read more

After trying two car washes in my area the week before, i decided to look outside my are for a quality wash. Ocean State really delivered. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Great POS system allowed me to pay for everything and go right through. After a nice wash, i parked out front to use the free dryers and multiple people came over to hand dry the car. read more

I tried this place for the first time as it is down the street from my house. First of all I have a 2 year old car in meticulous condition I just bought. I'm very particular and typically would wash it myself, however I have a knee injury. Secondly, the cloth rolls were beating my car so violently that my car shook. I have never in my life experienced this at a car wash. Actually all the brushes were very aggressive. The only good part was the nice guy and kid that manually pre-scrubbed my car and it was clean. I took my very dirty car for a much needed wash this afternoon. I am new to these fancy car washes. I pulled up to the pay station and was greeted by a nice young man. He explained what to expect and what I need to do. Okay....he guided me onto the automated track...for lack of a better name....and off I was! Two guys "scrubbed" my car while the machine did it's thing.. a few minutes later I was in the drying stage. I would have like a Green light telling me it was time to exit, but now that I have done this once, I will know! My car looks very clean. I will definitely use them again! read more
