This is a full touch automatic car wash. Pull in through the drive on the right. This wraps around the back of the building, stop at the pay station, select the type of wash you want (there are a few) and insert bank/credit card to pay. Drive forward and an attendant will pressure spray parts of the car while you drive up. Now if you have never been to a car wash, read this paragraph. If you have, no need for the tutorial to follow: To the left of the car wash entrance is a green light. Slowly inch up into the car wash until the light turns red. An attendant will help guide you. Once that light turns red, put your car in 'Neutral' and be sure all the windows are closed! A track will guide your car through. Once past the dryers at the end the track will release your car. Shift into drive and get out of the way of the vehicle behind. Inside the car wash is a variety of sprayer arms, giant twirling soft brushes and long soapy fabric that runs over the front and top of the vehicle. It does a pretty good job getting basic road dirt off and costs around ten dollars for a basic wash. I see another reviewer stated this gas is the cheapest around. Sometimes it is, but be a savvy shopper and check, because I've definitely seen lower. It's hit or miss, while still being 'in the ball park'. The car wash also offer interior reconditioning. No experience with this service but it's an option they offer so inquire within for details if interested. The automated car wash is a pretty quick 'in and out' to wash the car and be on your way. Easy on/off to Route 2 north bound: depending on traffic level of course. If you are looking for an automated, full touch, car wash, give this one a try. read more

I went to ScrubaDub to get my car washed today and it was dead and my car had mud all over the bottom and the wheels and had stuff on the car from trees. The guy w the spray gun took the time maybe 5 plus minutes to spray off all the mud and debris on top of my car before sending me into the car wash. This was amazing service and he deserves a raise. I would give them 6 out of 5 stars for going above and beyond for me. read more

I use to love this place, but boy have they gone down hill this year. I got the regular wash and best interior cleaning as I was putting her in the garage for the winter. When I got home I noticed the face cage to my mask was gone, did they think it trash since it was inside the cloth mask they saved? Then I got her in the garage and noticed the 2 big bird turds on the hood! Seriously! And to my silliness I left them a good tip. I have been contacted by Mat twice now to try to rectify the job. I can't as she is in the garage for the winter, but they want to refund my money. I am of a generation not looking for refunds, but a good job done. I have given him the specifics of my car and the time so they can see it on their cameras. They really are trying to correct, and keep their 5 star rating. The Warwick location is awesome. The guys who work here are super helpful, friendly, and attentive. I have the unlimited washes and use it regularly (2-3 times per week.. maybe excessive, I know), and I've had only positive experiences. They've upgraded with some self service access where I can just drive up, have a computer scan my barcode, and go straight through the car wash rather than having one of the employees do it. They also have free vacuum access for unlimited members, and I use that regularly too. It's a spacious and accessible set up they have going on. I've been here many times to take advantage of the free vacuums and reasonable gas prices, but today tried the car wash for the first time. My car is brand new - I leased it in August and since then I've washed it myself to maintain the paint, tire shine, window clarity, etc. (I live in Southern RI and I know the salty air near the coast can be very damaging). Now that it's getting cold I'd rather not do it myself, and a few people told me they had express washes here for a good deal. It's been about a month since I've thoroughly washed my car but by no means was it excessively dirty - just a thin layer of dirt near my tires and bumpers and some bugs/bird droppings here and there. Regardless I decided to get the "ultra wash" for the tire/windshield treatments and duraglaze to prep for the winter months ahead. The man that helped me when I pulled up was VERY friendly and patient, especially for someone out in the wet cold. Two stars just for him because I'd sure be cranky! One of the men at the start of the wash rinsed the front of my car off with a hose and the other was helping me then put a protective sleeve on the back wiper. The whole wash was about 1-2 minute, which surprised me a bit for an "ultra wash" but I don't know anything about this kind of thing so I didn't question it too much. It ended in a hot air dry which I liked so there weren't water spots on the car and windshield. At the end the automatic tracks kinda just pushed me off- I waited a second because there was no place to pull aside at the time (it was busy) and I wasn't sure if anyone was going to come out. No one did (which was fine since there was an air dry!) and the person behind me was coming out so I pulled away. Overall I was pretty disappointed at the result once I looked at my car. From a distance it was definitely shinier and the dirt near my windows and upper part of my doors was gone, but there was still a significant amount of dirt at the base of the frame and on the tires, and the back of my car didn't look washed at all. There was also still bird poop on my windshield and hood, which I realize was probably stuck on. For an "ULTRA" wash at 2.5x the price of an express wash I expected a lot more. When I got home I used some Armor All exterior wipes and a ton of the dirt came right off without any effort, which means the car wash must not have even touched those parts of my car. While doing that I also realized the tires weren't fully treated and had some significant areas that were still dirty and not shined at all. The 3 stars I gave are for the great service, free vacuums and decent gas prices. Not sure I'll ever get another wash but if I do, I won't get anything more than an express wash for $9 - I feel like I only got $9 worth with the ultra. Long story short, get your gas here, vacuum your car, and at most get your car rinsed off with the express wash. Don't waste your money upgrading! read more

Best service at an incredible price. $8 for exterior express wash (average price for auto wash) and for an unbeatable $11 they will manually wipe down, vacuum, and clean the interior. I'm always satisfied with their excellent service. Exterior wash is not necessary to purchase the $11 express interior cleaning. 2 to 3 men work on your car. Fabric floor mats are mechanically patted down to remove dust and waterproof mats are rinsed off. Floors and seats are vacuumed. Windows, dashboard, and interior walls are wiped down. Extra charge for additional detailing for all the stains and sticky stuff on seats and such recommended if you are trying to sell your car or have a special date planned. Pricey, but the car is spotless after they are through. read more

I am a monthly holder at ScrubADub, best investment. 2 years ago when I got my new car I knew I wanted to have a dedicated place to get my car washed whenever I wanted. The monthly holder is cool because it's unlimited so you go inside buy which package you want which varies in prices, you pay that once a month and you can go as many times during that month you want. Sometimes I go a few times a month and sometimes I go once a week, it really just depends. Jeff is always so kind there, he's usually at the kiosk outside ready to have if you have any issues, he can also sign you up there. I think the car wash does a very good job, I have the most expensive tier which I think is between 40-49 a month. It is a drive thru one so no interior clean with this but it does give you a great wash, and members get a free vacuum, no matter if you washed the car or not. Check it out, I enjoy it. I never said that I had interior detailing. I had the unlimited wash plan at $14.99 per month for 1 year. I would drive in and the car would be vacuumed before entering the wash. Then at the other end, some men would wipe the car down and clean the windows and wipe the dash. Maybe the manager started after the pandemic and doesn't know that. They have the right to conduct the business as they see fit but I know what services that they used to offer and I am disappointed that things have changed. read more

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I know this company would want to know. I came here a week ago last Saturday to have my Mustang cleaned before a work outing. I splurged. Ultra wash and interior plus, $64 in total. For that price I expect a superior quality wash and cleaning. When finished, the interior was almost as dirty as when I came in. The kid who was supposed to be cleaning the inside was busy swearing at and arguing with his manager. The top of the car still had bird poop on it. For $64, I expected so much more. I work hard for my money and spending that much on a car wash is not something I do lightly. I had to go home and wipe the car down. I have since been to the store in Quincy, Massachusetts and for the same price the experience and service are far superior. Even though I'm in Rhode Island on a daily basis, I can't say I'll be back to the store in Warwick. I'm extremely disappointed because I use Scrub-a-Dub all the time and spent quite a bit on this cleaning. read more

New "human out of the loop" system. I've been a loyal customer for years. The personal attention is gone but the price is still high. Drove up to machine. Got out of the car to punch in the numbers from my receipt for $25 car wash. Got back in the car. This while there was a staff worker standing around. Stuff happens. After going through automatic gate, I was told the system broke so it's going to be about a 10 minute wait. I told him I didn't have ten minutes and he laughed at me and walked away and shouted "hey this guy is funny." Nice. Still waiting by the way. 15 minutes. Getting to the car wash the same guy who thought I was funny sprayed the left side of my car only. Then barked at me when I didn't get it into neutral quick enough. Nice. read more

I brought these guys my car with half the beach in it. There was sand everywhere, grimy and dusty surfaces, don't even ask about the condition of the floor mats. They made me feel very welcome and I hung out inside with WiFi while the team to work in the car. 15 minutes later, it was ready to go. It looked like a whole different car! So clean! Probably the worst car wash I've ever been to. I am pretty sure only 1 of their "free" vacuums work. They barely have suction, if any. One of the vacuums actually was spitting dirt out of it into my car... The car wash itself barely cleans the exterior, always dirt still on my car after leaving.. Part of my bumper was actually pulled off my range rover during a wash. Who knows how much that will cost me.. When you pull up to the car wash, 1 out of 2 entries is out of order. make sure you pull into the left entry only if you decide to go. cancelled my membership would rather clean it myself. read more

I bought the Groupon that ScrubaDub was offering for three The Works washes. Figured I couldn't go wrong for the price. Went in to use the first one today and get the winter grime off on a beautiful day. Decided to buy the $8 interior cleaning too since the inside was dirtier than outside. Drove the car through the wash and everything seemed good, but when I got around to the interior area they said that I was going to have to take it through again because there had been some problem. They pointed out a hazy film on all the windows (which I had noticed already) and said that was the issue. There was a bit of a wait for the interior cleaning, but it was well worth it. I don't think the inside of my car has looked this good since I bought it last year! I took the car back around through the wash again and the window film was gone now. Trouble was the interior cleaning had already been done so there was nobody to wipe down the outside and windows again like they had the first time. Not a big deal as I had a towel in the back. After I got home I was looking at the car in the sun and discovered a problem. There were fine surface scratches all the way down the passenger side of the car and on top of the rear view mirror. I was very sure that these had not been there before the car wash today, so headed back. The manager looked the scratches over and said that he was positive there was no way the car wash could have caused them. His explanation seemed reasonable, but I really don't have any idea what else could have caused them. He then said that he would go ahead and have one of his detail guys buff out the scratches because he wanted me to be happy. In about 20 minutes all the scratches had been buffed out and everything looked like new. They clearly didn't have to do this for me and I really appreciate the fact that they did. Thank you, thank you, thank you! This afternoon, my tire had an issue when I went through the car wash. When I got out, the tire was off the rim. I tried to change it, but couldn't loosen the lug nuts so I called AAA. The wait was going to be 2 hours. I went in and asked the cashier if someone could help loosen the nuts for me and a worker was nearby. He asked what happened and I explained. He said "No problem, I can help you with that!" He ended up doing the whole thing - change my tire. THANK YOU, BOBBY! I understand he is the Manager and I have to say he definitely leads by example! No clue what happened with the tire, but I don't think it was fully caused by the car wash and Bobby indicated in his 15 years there he had never seen anything like that happen. First of all the service guy barely spoke to me and to get my information. I got my car washed here and I did the standard ten dollar wash. I came home after the wash and there were spots on what looked like CEMENT! on my car. I don't know if there was a problem with one of the machines that caused this but I have never had such a bad experience with a car wash. I tried to wash them off and they are stuck on. They have been getting better over time but this is completely unacceptable. I got my car washed three weeks ago and it there are still noticeable spots and marks. I 100% do not recommend the car wash but the gas station and vacuums seem to work smoothly. read more

My go-to for car washes. I purchased the unlimited plan. First month was 9.99 and after that 14.99 with a two-month commitment. Free vacuums make this car wash even better. My only complain is that vacuums should be for car wash customers. It is frustrating when you are waiting and can't get a vacuum when you are purchasing a car wash...Great gas prices here. NO STARS: BROKE MY WINDSHIELD IN HALF, top to bottom. I filed a complaint the second I got out of the car wash. I heard and saw the glass crack as soon as the red "towels" came down hard on my windshield. There was a loud pop and I noticed it immediately. The manager and assistant manager were nice about it and were very quick to point out that this could be the cause of many things but they would call in the next day to three days. I never received a call. I did however receive a letter from their corporate office stating that this was not their fault and that "dispensing soap and water cannot cause a bruise or fracture"... obviously! It was the cleaning clothes that did this in the middle of the wash. I would come to this place a few times a year and I have friends who subscribe... they're all done with the company and poor customer service as well as lack of care for them causing damage to others property. They also statedthat they "value our customers and give careful consideration to all customers problems" yet I haven't talked to a single employee live yet? All for a $369 windshield. The company was kind to have paid for half of the windshield repair as an apology. read more

I've decided to review the Scrubadub, because I think that coming here a handful of times might mean I like the place. The employees are friendly and fast. Now some of you might be reading this and saying, "why don't you just wash and vacuum your own car and save $40." But, to me coming to the Scrubadub is worth it. Worst ever idea to coming here to get my car detailed, i should of just sucked it up and drove to triple play in Attleboro!!...smh well went to get my car detailed last week spent $30+ on what looked like someone just filled my car with water then opened the door to let it out. Everything looked the same. My dash was shiney....(awkward face) but my seat are still dirty no stains have been removed. Even thou it was only $30 i at least expected it (seats/floors/handles) to look better but it didnt. So i guess i learned my lesson. Never been to a car wash with a belt that pulls you thru so i asked guy what to do. He did NOT tell me to put it in neutral so i didnt know. All of a sudden i hear and feel a loud banging. I thought something fell on me i was so freaked out. Turns out it was the guy banging his fist on my brand new car screaming at me to put it in neutral. Guy, i told you this was my first experience with this kind of car wash. As soon as i left i had to pull over to see if he had banged a dent into it. Thankfully no but i was so upset it totally ruined my day and kept me from going back. I purchased unlimited and i tried to cancel online but saying i have to write to them or something. Visited after seeing a promotion on the back of my Stop & Shop receipt. Signed up for the unlimited 'express' (basic) wash for $10 the first month and $15 for subsequent months. The basic wash is typically $8 so it's not hard to quickly recognize the benefits. The woman inside the store as well as the gentleman running the car wash were very polite. Signing up for the unlimited plan was easy and took less than 5 minutes. I felt the wash did a decent job, especially since I have a black vehicle and it was covered in pollen and dust. The wash is not touchless but it doesn't use those rough bristles. Instead its a fabric that cleans the vehicle. Even with a new car, I felt comfortable with this. After all, the touchless systems don't do that great of a job and if I were to wash by hand, it would take more than an hour and something would be touching the vehicle anyway. I plan to return weekly for the next few months. When fall comes, I'll decide if I want to keep my membership for the winter or not. Might not be a bad idea to go through a few times to wash the rock salt and sand that finds its way all over cars during tough New England winters. read more

I hope the Scrub-A-Dub in Warwick, RI is a basically excellent business. I read a few negative reviews about that venue here on Yelp. But I also just purchased a Scrub-A-Dub wash book for a birthday gift to a friend, who will probably use the Warwick venue. My late father used to bring his cars to the first Scrub-A-Dub in Watertown, MA back in the late 1960s/early '70s until another business with drive-through operations (which Scrub-A-Dub didn't have then) opened, which my dad preferred to getting out of his vehicle. Nowadays, I understand, Scrub-A-Dub has drive-through "tunnels." And I am also sure Scrub-A-Dub must be doing something right to still be in business after half a century, plus now with a chain of locations. My rating is based on how I remember Scrub-A-Dub had been "back in the day," how clean that Watertown business was and my dad and I watching through a window as his car was cleaned. I will report back here after I receive feedback from my friend following his first few Scrub-A-Dub cleanings in Warwick. I am hoping he will bring me with him to one of those cleanings, so I may drive through like I used to with my dad at one of the other car washes in Watertown. My dad used to get a kick out of my excitement (as an eight to ten year-old boy) going through the "tunnel." In fact, my father enjoyed watching my reaction to going through any tunnels (Callahan, Sumner, etc.) in the Greater Boston area.
