It's usually the same person, a middle-aged Hispanic gentleman as another reviewer mentioned, and during this past winter, he reattached at no charge the plastic part of my undercarriage at the front of my car because half of it was hanging off after I drove through a street that wasn't plowed very well. He doesn't reset the "maintenance required" service light, but that's easy enough to do on my own. The prices have gone up in recent years as everything else has, but it's still comparable to other shops. I usually add on the car wash too, because it's only a few bucks more.

I got the gold package for $25, because of all the extra stuff including under carriage. What a waste of my $25!!! They cleaned my car in less than 10 minutes. That should have told me something. They vacuumed the floors well, but did a real awful job on the dash and all the spots that collect dust. How hard is it to take another 2 minutes to wipe the dashboard? It's just sad that they're charging the same amount as Rain, but do half the job. Lesson learned, stick to hand car washes!

When we arrived, we showed our Groupon and were told to wait. Another man came and I showed him the Groupon on my phone and was redeemed. Service was quick and they mostly did a good job, but there were some streaks that were not fully cleaned. It seems to be a popular spot since there was a car ahead of us and a car came after us.

I went back the next day wondering what did they hit it with, it would take quite a force to break this. The boss acted like he had no clue and said let's look at the video surveillance. He all of a sudden left to look at a picture one of the employees had on his phone. It showed the worker standing on a pallet on a fork lift truck pointing to the crack. My thought was there is what hit the windshield and why is he on this next to the RV when there is a 10 foot ladder on the ground 5 feet away. The boss then says there, it was broken before and you couldn't see it because of the bugs. The crack is right in front of the drivers seat, you couldn't miss it. Three days later it rains and the white milky oxidation from the roof comes over the sides, this is why I requested them using my 303 cleaner/wax for fiberglass. Now we got the windshield replaced and see the lettering on the front is messed up. One letter is missing and another one is right next to another one, it is suppose to read ALLEGRO. You can see the picture was taken at their business. I can understand accidents happen but when they are not accountable for their mistakes,you don't want anything to do with this business.

When I arrived to pick up my car the woman at the desk informed me that they had gotten behind and just started. My car was soaking wet, 30% cleaned inside and a total mess covered in soap. They had rushed through what they had done hoping they could cram it all in. I had to take it home like that because they couldn't finish. THE SEATS WERE SOAKING WET AND I HAD TO SIT ON THEM. They didn't call me to let me know they were behind, or short staffed -- I would have totally rescheduled. THEN I had to take my car to my mechanic the next day because the check engine light came on as I left the car wash. I had to have all the carpets/seats/interior vacuumed and dried out by my mechanic because there was so much soap and water left mold had started to form. They put water under the hood causing damage and the check engine to go off. They even put tire shine on my floor mats which when driving a standard WILL ACTUALLY KILL YOU because it's so slippery. This "detail" cost me $350. This was a terrible experience. I do not recommend you take your car here, ever. (This was the Providence Location)
