I used to really enjoy this place, but something has changed in the last six months. The vacuums are always missing hoses--only half of them have them--and the air guns are not as powerful as they once were. It's sad to see the place tank. read more

Soap not always completely rinsed off. Vacuum hoses missing on quite a few stalls and vacuum not as strong.

Place is run down and not taken care of. Vacuums are missing most of the hoses and the ones that did have hoses had no suction. Car wash left my car dirty. read more

Nice car wash but, terrible customer service... I have tried continuously to cancel my plan through the website, contacting their customer service and I have yet to get a response. Nevermind trying to call and cancel either. Truly enjoy paying for something I have no time to use or can cancel, the "cancel anytime" saying should be removed.. read more

My truck still has suds on it after the wash. They have cut back on their water usage, not a good wash anymore. Further more, they have gone up on their pricing by 20$plus per month. They say update you're credit card (even if the credit card is still good) and they hit you with the higher price, then they say that you are grandfathered in as we started when they opened.... A week after buying my new car from Balise I got an email from flash saying they were gifting me 60 days of diamond washes. No instructions are given in the email at all. I've called numerous times and left messages. I've also emailed and no responses. I've even gone to the car wash in person and there is no office to talk to anyone. Let me start by saying that I have gone to this car wash once before and it seemed alright for the basic wash. This weekend though I went there and purchased the platinum wash, the best one I could get. I went through and when I pulled my vehicle over at their vacuums I noticed that my car was still covered in bird poop and had dirt still on the windows (and not mud, just regular car dirt from needing a wash). I pulled around to see about speaking to the associate at the drive through kiosk, but there were cars in both lanes and the associate was over in a corner on their cell phone not paying attention. Instead, I went on their website and tried calling their number, which no one answered. I even sent an email to the support info listed and have not heard back that way either. I have called twice now, left vm and email messages and have not heard back. I just want my money back, or at the very least for the outside of my car to be washed thoroughly. I am not impressed with the customer service nor the car wash itself and will not be going back or recommending it to anyone because of this. I just want a response! read more

Brushes left dirt streaks all over the hood and side panels of my 2017 Jeep Renegade. I chose the gold wash which was $17.00 and it couldn't even get bird crap off my hood. Only good thing is the free vacuums. Will not be back. Too many better options in Warwick. read more

Let's call this a 1.5 star review. Yes, the car exited reasonably clean but the equipment was rough on both rearview mirrors and it bent my front plate (the latter a comment I've seen other reviews). I m not inclined to risk my car again. read more

I went yesterday to try it out,,paid for the best wash,and it couldn't even get the bug splatter off my windshield..my front grille was still dirty and as far as the drying,a terrible job as I had to wipe down my entire car after....not worth the 20.00 I paid at all,,,not even close...never again!! read more

I don't really know what happened. This car wash I would've picked over any I've ever been to my entire life. My car came out sparkling, vacuums were great, air hoses helped make my car look amazing. Recently, there have been spots all over my car that will not come off, and I know it's something they're putting in the sealant. There are hard calcium water stains that won't come off now. Not to mention the multiple scratches on my rims and car that started appearing overtime. But what really topped it off, I went through the car wash a few weeks ago and my license plate frame completely bent from the wash. I was upset but I can just buy a new one, whatever.... I go through a week later, my entire license plate bent in half. I'll never come back here, cancelling my membership and hope everyone else understands how downhill this car wash is getting. read more

I came here the other day and paid $20 for the best wash they had and my car is still dirty. One of the employees was extremely rude as well. There are much better car washes out there, I don't see myself ever coming back here again. read more
