The service is quick and easy: You pull up, sit in your car, and it's done in under 10 minutes. It's usually the same person, a middle-aged Hispanic gentleman as another reviewer mentioned, and during this past winter, he reattached at no charge the plastic part of my undercarriage at the front of my car because half of it was hanging off after I drove through a street that wasn't plowed very well. He doesn't reset the "maintenance required" service light, but that's easy enough to do on my own. The prices have gone up in recent years as everything else has, but it's still comparable to other shops. I usually add on the car wash too, because it's only a few bucks more.

You'll end up putting the coins in multiple times before they take. No drainage in stalls so wear hip boots as the water creates a pool in the low levels. (No they are not level). Water pressure is poor. Very little soap comes out on wash cycle. Car was not cleaned well at all despite 2 separate pay cycles. If someone wipes car down after self wash you are going to be there a while as there are only 3 stalls and they allow you to dry your car in stall. That makes no sense! Last and sadly not least the drying cloth baskets are were empty so was left with someone else's wet dirty drying towels. Needless to say I didn't use them. Onward and upward! Can't get any worse that's for sure.

There was even a Groupon for One Deluxe Exterior Hand Wash for SUV for $19.99. We snagged the Groupon deal. When we arrived, we showed our Groupon and were told to wait. Another man came and I showed him the Groupon on my phone and was redeemed. Service was quick and they mostly did a good job, but there were some streaks that were not fully cleaned. It seems to be a popular spot since there was a car ahead of us and a car came after us.

He quoted me $530, when I showed up for the appointment it went up to $2400. He said he didn't realize I wanted it waxed. He came down to $1200 when I said I wasn't going to pay that and said some special wax he was going to use on the front to help with the bugs costs him $550 (bs). When I went to pick it up they didn't use the 303 cleaner/wax which I provided on the fiberglass roof. Then I see they broke the windshield. The boss isn't around. I went back the next day wondering what did they hit it with, it would take quite a force to break this. The boss acted like he had no clue and said let's look at the video surveillance. He all of a sudden left to look at a picture one of the employees had on his phone. It showed the worker standing on a pallet on a fork lift truck pointing to the crack. My thought was there is what hit the windshield and why is he on this next to the RV when there is a 10 foot ladder on the ground 5 feet away. The boss then says there, it was broken before and you couldn't see it because of the bugs. The crack is right in front of the drivers seat, you couldn't miss it. Three days later it rains and the white milky oxidation from the roof comes over the sides, this is why I requested them using my 303 cleaner/wax for fiberglass. It's just sad that they're charging the same amount as Rain, but do half the job. Lesson learned, stick to hand car washes!
