    Usually when I move to a new state, I find a car wash and car detailing place to call my own. Regardless of where I am, I like to have my car clean and looking spiffy. In Rhode Island, with the snow and salt and rains and so forth, it's even more important than ever. The location of Blue Wave is second to none, it's so convenient, located right off of West main road, across from stop & shop. They have the option of buying one at a time, a card with multiple passes, or the unlimited, allowing you to come as many times per month as you want. I opted for the unlimited pass because it just made more sense to me. Overall I haven't had many issues, however the issues that I have had were pretty substantial. One time, the moving mechanism stopped and the car behind me almost plowed into me. Another time one of the foam wappers got caught in part of the auto body of my car and tore off which was really disconcerting. During the summer months, the line can get pretty long, and I think that they turn the speed up on the wash, resulting in leaving soap on mirrors and so forth. I will keep coming because it's convenient, and a good price for me, but I think if they could do more, and improve their services by just tinkering with things a bit. Overall, good price, good location, good selection and as long as you don't have any customizable pieces on your car, you should be good.

    It's fine for a quick wash. If you tip the guys well they do a really nice job. What do you expect from a thru wash. The guys are hard working and who wants to out in the cold in wet clothes all day. I give them credit for there effort. My car comes out for the most part worth the $$ . The reviews are a little harsh. I'm good with the results.

She scheduled us for a few days out and communication was great. On the day she texted to let me know she'd be 20 minutes late, and she was there on the dot when she said she'd be. She runs the business with her husband Randy and they brought two of their children to help. Listen: This is a REAL FAMILY BUSINESS! They were friendly and professional. They wore masks too. (Covid isn't over, friends.) They were all hands on deck for what was kind of a big job, and they did it. She even did an extra thing I'd forgotten to ask for and she made time for that as well. Their rates are fair, and I found out that they do a ton of other work too! On-site car washing and detailing, windows, power-washing, and painting, to name just a few things. Initially I just wanted a deep cleaning to help me get back on track with my own cleaning, but I might hire them more often, and for other projects too. Thanks Beantown Finest!

    I actually have been trying out Yelp's "request quotes" feature, and so far it has worked better…read morethan a lot of other ways to find good services and professionals, especially in an unfamiliar, new area. Case in point - I am in the process of moving into a new home, which was delayed six months (covid, worker/material shortages, yada yada), after having to get out of my mom's home at break neck speed because of a super fast sell. The sell was at the tail end of caretaking my very sick, and then dying mother. I also inherited my mom's very large, destructive cat. I am telling you all this because it will give you an idea why I made, what I thought might be, the stupid decision to drag a very old, disgusting, stained couch to the new place, rather than have the cat destroy a brand new couch. When it was rolled in, and I got to see it in bright light, I kinda freaked, but decided to try having it professionally cleaned before going to a plan B. Being new to the area, I looked at Yelp to see who might be available to do this for me and was prompted by Yelp to use the request quotes thing, so I did. I received a number of responses saying that all these companies were booked up, and a response from Beantowns Finest, with open dates, times, and very clear information about prices, which were VERY Reasonable. Owner/operators Jesica and Randy were very responsive to my questions, easy to communicate with, and easy to set an appointment time with as well. Randy showed up early for the appointment, was very professional and pleasant, and proceeded right away to turn my nightmare couch into an almost new looking couch - it was freaking amazing, and a waaaaaay better result than I could have dared to hope for. He also worked his magic on three filthy gabbeh rugs that I was fearing were doomed as well. I just can't believe what he was able to do with them. I was also grateful that all this was done without a huge truck thucka thucking in the driveway, miles of hoses, and doors open to the cold for hours. He has portable machines that work with a bathroom sink and the house's hot water. He left the entire area cleaner than before he arrived - which can sometimes be an issue with this sort of service. the final price was so reasonable, I bumped the check up a bit to make it what I thought was more fair. I will definitely be using them for furniture and rug cleaning, and any other cleaning services I may need, from now on. Thank you guys so much!

It is, without…read moreexaggeration, one of the worst purchasing decisions I have made -- and not because of minor dissatisfaction, but because of a fundamental issue that was never properly disclosed. This car is equipped with the M Sport package and a fixed, performance-tuned suspension with no adaptive dampening. That means you are locked into a rigid, track-style ride 100% of the time. There is no option to soften it, no ability to adjust it, and no relief from it. This is not a small detail--it is the defining characteristic of how the car drives. And yet, it was never meaningfully explained during the sales process. Now I'm stuck with this horrible mistake for the next five years of my life. This vehicle is, for all practical purposes, intolerable on real-world roads--especially in New England. I am not talking about potholes or major defects. I am talking about normal, everyday road imperfections. Every minor inconsistency in the pavement slam directly through the frame of this car with sharp, jarring force. The ride is harsh, unforgiving, and completely out of step with what anyone would reasonably expect from a daily driver at this price point. The factory run-flat tires made it even worse. Within three days of ownership, I spent an additional $1,200 replacing them just to make the car usable mindful I don't have a spare. Even after that expense, the problem remains. The suspension itself is the issue, and there is no fixing it. I'm having difficulty finding the language to express just how upset I am. What makes this unacceptable is how avoidable it was. The test drive was conducted on a route that conveniently avoided the kinds of road conditions that would have immediately exposed this problem. At no point was I told, clearly and directly, that I was buying a car with a permanently aggressive suspension and no adaptive capability. Did they lie outright? No. But failing to disclose something this central to the driving experience -- while steering the test drive in a way that masks it -- is, at best, a serious omission. At worst, it reflects a sales process that prioritizes closing the deal over ensuring the buyer understands what they are purchasing. The experience after the sale only reinforced that impression. I received repeated, unsolicited sales messages encouraging me to come back and look at other vehicles -- after I had already purchased one. Multiple requests to stop were ignored. I ultimately had to block their number. At this point, I refuse to deal with them and now go out of my way to service the car at BMW of Warwick instead. To be direct: this is not buyer's remorse over preferences or minor features. This is the result of not being told something essential. A fixed M Sport suspension without adaptive dampening fundamentally changes what this car is. That is information any reasonable buyer would want before committing to a long - term purchase. Instead, I am left with a car that is absurd to drive and a purchase I regret on a daily basis. If you are considering buying from this dealership, do not rely on what is or is not mentioned. Verify everything yourself--especially anything that affects how the car actually drives.

This time, it was the complete opposite: disorganized, deceptive, and shockingly unprofessional from start to finish. The leadership sets the tone, and in this case, it shows. General Manager James Kostakos demonstrated a level of dismissiveness and lack of accountability that's unacceptable in any customer-facing business; let alone a luxury brand. Concerns were not addressed; they were brushed aside. Sales Manager Jeff Cairo escalated things even further with behavior that was outright hostile and inappropriate when I attempted to raise legitimate issues. That alone should give any prospective customer pause. As for the sales process, Client Advisor Lucas Berge seemed far more focused on moving inventory than ensuring the vehicle was actually suitable for my needs. Critical information;specifically regarding the vehicle's limitations for New England winter driving was never properly disclosed. That's not just careless, it's irresponsible. This experience wasn't just disappointing--it was a complete breakdown of professionalism, transparency, and basic customer respect. For a brand that prides itself on excellence, this dealership falls dramatically short.
