I am changing my rating to 5 stars! After seeing my original review, Pete F, the General Manager reached out to me and offered me a free car wash to make up for the bad experience I had. I have to say that the second wash was what I had been hoping the first one would have been. The wheels were pre-washed well this time, and the gifts from the birds were removed. I was extremely pleased with my second visit, so much so, that I just went back again today, and even with all this Winter road grime, the car looks like it just came off the showroom floor. Pete is a man of his word, and even gave me 2 more coupons....one for another free wash and one for $3.00 off any wash. I look forward to dealing with him and Blue Wave Car Wash, and highly recommend them to all who want their cars looking showroom clean! Thanks Pete! read more

Place is a mess. Went this past Monday (it was NOT busy) and used the stalls and washed car myself. Coin machines are from the Stone Age. You'll end up putting the coins in multiple times before they take. No drainage in stalls so wear hip boots as the water creates a pool in the low levels. (No they are not level). Water pressure is poor. Very little soap comes out on wash cycle. Car was not cleaned well at all despite 2 separate pay cycles. If someone wipes car down after self wash you are going to be there a while as there are only 3 stalls and they allow you to dry your car in stall. That makes no sense! Last and sadly not least the drying cloth baskets are were empty so was left with someone else's wet dirty drying towels. Needless to say I didn't use them. Onward and upward! Can't get any worse that's for sure. read more

It's a great car wash! The staff is both helpful and friendly. The tunnel part of the car wash is a fantastic way to get your car throughly cleaned. The guys out there give it a good scrub. The only issue I wish they took care of is the money slots and self wash change the coin inserts. Upgrade them! Also the vacuum's need to be upgraded as well. You know when it's time. This place is TRASH! DONT GO HERE!! Went through the car wash drive-through yesterday. When I was drying off my car, I noticed dozens of bristle scratch marks all on the top of my door leading all the way to the trunk of my car. The employee to pitches told me to call the next day to speak to the manager today I went into see the manager. He totally brushed me off was very rude. Tried to tell me it was from a rock when rocks don't make dozens of little scratch marks all going in the same direction told me to screw myself and they weren't gonna do nothing about it. I was going to use the self serve car wash when I was approached by Peter the General Manager, super nice man. Been here many times but never used the automatic car wash. He invited me to try it for free and if I liked it , they offer unlimited gold car wash for $27/month and a second car is $19/month. I thought why not try. It was excellent! He did a lot of cleaning by hand before sending the car through. Very thorough! The car looked great when it was all done. I would highly recommend trying it out. It saved my back too! Thanks Peter for your kindness today. It was a nice surprise to be treated to a car wash. My son will be thrilled to see how clean his car is when he comes home from boot camp. Purchased a "Blue Wave Car Wash Card" in Bristol for five Gold Washes ($50). Went to use my card for the first time and was told I had nothing on the card. Attendant could not tell me when the card was used. I presume my payment was never applied to my card. read more

Good place to wash your car. It's $2 for 4 minutes which is better than any place in RI. The self service wash is a bit outdated but works nothing the less. read more

I had issues with blue wave car wash last time I went there - where they forgot to wash the whole backend of my car in the tunnel. I did not notice until I got home. Today I went to the self wash and was asked by the manager why I did not do the machine wash through the tunnel. When I told him that they did a lousy job last time he insisted that I go through the tunnel for a complimentary wash. He was very apologetic and gave some coupons for my trouble. The tunnel wash came out awesome and left me feeling positive about this car wash. They truly care about their customers and their service. Definitely going back!!!! read more

What a terrible experience! The attendant took my money and never came back! Minutes go by, and there's no one around. Finally I beeped my horn. An older guy (manager?) stuck his head out the door and said he'd be right with me and shut the door again. Another few minutes went by. I was .at this point I would have left, but I'm stuck on the track and they have my money. Finally I hit my horn again, the manager comes out and not only doesn't apologize, but is clearly angry. He proceeds to speak to me in the most taunting, passive aggressive way. As my car starts moving he knocks on the window. I roll it down and he gets in my face with a sarcastic "You have a nice day!" Was just there and was using the self serve bays. The bay I was in had no soap coming out if the brush. I let the guy running it know so I could wash my cat. He disappeared and never came back. I kept looking for him in the office and he just do disappeared. DON'T GO THERE. Absolutely horrible customer service. read more

This rating has to do with the absolutely abysmal attitude of ine of the attendants, his name was derrian and he seemed to believe my performance as a customer was not up to par because his attitude was beyond condescending and almost aggressive,.. i dont normally complain but he earned it read more

This pace is worth your while! Just upgraded the automatic wash, have towels and glass cleaner at the end for you to use. Guys are great and had one of the guys, (sorry I didn't grab your name) spend some good time during the prewash trying to work off a stubborn spot on my front corner panel before my car went in.
