I've never had my car detailed before in the 15!years that I've owned it. As you can imagine, there were leaves and crumbs and junk in every place possible. Plus I used to work a job that involved a lot of travel and my car got lots of dings. I took it to body shops that said they could fix it it but it would be really expensive since Toyota doesn't make that paint color anymore. They would have to create a huge batch just to use a little. While I love my car, the exterior bugged me. Then I got my car detailed! ALL of the junk inside is gone. Plus, the exterior looks fantastic! It would take a magician to get rid of all the damage, but 90% of it is gone. I got the first class service. It's not cheap, but now I'm much happier with my car and feel proud driving it until the conditions to buy a car get better. Plus, I can easily get that money back in resale. read more

These guys are wonderful!! Made my 2014 Cruze look show room condition.. got it in 2017 when the car was 3 years old paint hasn 't had any paint correction in 6 years only wax.. and a lot of water spots!! The paint was also kinda faded too. Bill made the car look BRAND NEW again!! I'm very picky and careful on who touches my car but bill has earned that trust!! Will be back again for sure!! I dropped the car off at 8am, Bill asked if anything in particular needed to be looked at, and by 4pm the same day I picked my car up looking better than the day I bought it. Black cars have a tendency to show things off (scratches, swirls). I had the misfortune of transporting piles of freshly picked pumpkins one weekend in October and along with that a spilled soy sauce bottle in my Mazda 5. Needless to say my car reeked like no tomorrow and it seemed critters have all but seeped into every inch of my car orifice. In my search for a decent car detail, I came across Paivas. At first It didn't look like much as it was off the main road near TF Green airport and in the middle of a big parking lot it shared with the Thifty rental company, but after searching around for reviews and comparing different places, this place was the answer to my woes. After talking with Bill the owner, he was able to put me in early Wednesday and as an added plus, he even gave me a ride to work all the way from Warwick to Johnston. Dropped off the car right before they opened and ordered the full vehicle reconditioning. As soon as work got out I arrived back at the shop to an almost brand new car just the way it looked when I first bought it. The car had the new car smell and everything was glossy and polished. I couldn't believe it. A job well done and I was put at ease by Bill as he explained his dedication and attention to detail with his work. He also stated that he has honest, responsible workers which he ensures that any valuables found in the car will be handled with care and returned to the owner. I keep my car clean as a whistle but Bill's crew notices and cleans things I would never think of doing - they even cleaned the inside of the gas cap area! They clean everything inside/outside the car, they don't use chemicals with scents so it comes back with a nice neutral smell, and for days afterwards I didn't want to drive it as I wanted to keep it looking like that. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! I searched for an auto detailing place with consistently good reviews (which is much harder to find than you may think) and I found Paivas. I needed our car detailed because we were getting it appraised for a trade in for a new car. My car had been through the ringer with a very large and very drooly dog who sheds (short hair that would get stuck in the fabric). Dropped off my car for the premium package - came back the next day and WOW. I told my husband they have got to be magicians! The car looked AMAZING and brand new! There was not one dog hair -- how they did that, I have no clue but am sooo impressed. We got a great value for our trade in and the dealer commented on how nice the car looked! And to their customer service -- the owner is such a great guy -- kind, considerate and extremely responsive. I have brought my car here to get the interior detailed twice now. I have 3 kids one being a toddler and let's just say my car gets disgusting most recently we had an incident with an exploding pickle jar. I have leather seats in which the car seat dents in and when I took it out had sticky stuff all stuck to the seat. I took it to Paiva to get detailed yesterday and it was returned looking and smelling brand new. They do an amazing job and well worth the money! I know I will be back to them again! Brought my car in 20 Dec (on-line scheduling: easy, fast response by Paiva's)...I had not detailed my car since buying it (CPO) 2+ years ago and it desperately needed cleaning/protection. It snowed here last week and car was "white" with dried salt from road treatments. Bill and team did a fantastic job (as usual). My mother's dog recently threw up all over the front passenger side of my brand new leather interior car. I called Paivas and Bill (owner) told me to come in the next morning before work and he'd look at it. He agreed to just do the are around that seat and the center console, which I thought was nice, at a discounted price from complete interior cleaning price. Then he himself drove me to work and picked me up from work later that day! When we got back to his shop he explained what they did, and my car smells and looks amazing! Bill Paiva is the proprietor. After I dropped off my car in the morning for an interior detailing, Bill gave me a lift to my office, a few miles away. When I came back at the end of the day, not only was the inside of my car showroom clean but it was completely dry, too! They did a thorough courtesy exterior wash of my car, too, by hand. The price was reasonable. Bill didn't charge me extra to get the dried dog puke out of the back seat. I will go back there in a heartbeat. My car has been detailed many times so it wasn't particularly dirty; mostly pet hair and dirt/dust that had collected in all of the crevices. Got a top of the line interior and exterior detail. Keep my car very clean, but didn't have time or tools (or energy) to detail it. Best detail I've ever had. More expensive than a lot of the typical 120-150 jobs, but substantially better. I'll be back in a few months. read more
