Kyle showed up on time & stayed for 5 HOURS working on my truck. When I tell you it looked like it came out of the factory, I am not kidding. I have never seen my rugs look so good! (I bought my car used. The dealership didn't sell me my car this pristine!) The reason I needed a detail is because my 93 pound male dog peed in my car on the way to the vet. The smell was horrifying! With the 90+ degree days we have been having, the stench in my car was beyond. Well, that is no longer an issue! Kyle used some magic solution that is an odor eliminator & my car had no smell at all. Not a floral scent, or new car smell or anything. Just air. No change from outside to inside. It's fantastic! And a bonus fix, when I bought my car there was a weird white cloud on my back bummer. Kyle worked his magic & the handprint size cloud is now maybe an inch or so long & so faded that it is barely noticeable. Things I didn't think about being clean are spotless! The door controls & little cubby in the door handle, the center cupholders & the leather around the gear shift all look brand new! I am so pleased with how my car looks!     I brought my, new to me, truck in for an interior detailing and tint removal. My top concern were…read morethe tints passing inspections but more so the back window, which you could hardly see out of. They stated they couldn't do much to the rear without ruining the defroster; the whole point of going to a professional is that they could do this. So, seeing out the rear is still difficult. Also, the windows now have a fog. My other main concern was a weird scent in the carpets. I waited a few weeks to post this so the invasive spray they use could dissipate, to tell how good of a job they actually did. The weird smell is still there as if they didn't wash anything at all. If anyone cleans something well a perfume should never be needed. The truck wasn't dirty otherwise but they didn't clean the cup holder that I had spilled something in the day before. Lastly, it was never conveyed to me that they didn't have a waiting room or that it's drop off only; I had the displeasure of sitting in a Dunkin' Donuts for over 4 hours.

The different types of coatings can be overwhelming to understand but Ray took the time to explain the process to me and what my options were. We set an appointment several weeks out and I set about waiting. Naturally a few swirls and even a scratch appeared while waiting but when the day finally came, Ray assured me he would be able to take care of everything. I expected to be without my car for a week but to my surprise, he said it would be done in just two days. As promised, the car was done in two days and of course, it looked amazing. To the untrained eye it probably wouldn't have looked much different if he'd just washed and waxed it though since it's a brand new car. To me, it looked so much better! The paint was deeper and reflected clearer. The finish looked flawless from every angle: not a swirl in sight. He had also cleaned the interior, coated the glass, and the wheels (including barrels). If that was all he did I would have been thrilled but.... I then received an in-depth explanation of the steps that were taken, the products used, how to care for it, the additional services (both complimentary and paid) that would be done to maintain the coating, and was given additional product for wash and finish. In addition to quality work I received high quality service! Price was exactly as we agreed and was more than fair for the work performed. Final note about ceramic coating - this is not your father's carnauba wax. Water seems to be completely afraid of the paint and it runs off in sheets. Picture below tries to capture it but it has to be seen to be believed!I

    Nichole Boyes 3 reviews·4 photos…read moreI'm going to try to keep this short and sweet I had worked on twice at this place did amazing work the third time I purchased my alternator for $300 at advanced Auto cuz I had somebody that was going to do the work and they backed out so I brought my car to priority auto with the part Alan the owner said he would make a deal if I paid cash so I paid cash we filled out the paperwork said I would get a copy when the work was done when he signs off on it four days later I go to get my car he says oh you changed the alternator but now your battery is dead trying to get me to get a new battery I said no well I go to pick up my car my car makes it home and dies I called my friend that was going to do the work for me he couldn't because he was just too busy take a look underneath and I could and realize that my alternator had been spray painted this would be why he did not give me my core back I have went in numerous times and talk to Bryce saying that I need a copy of my receipt and he proceeds to tell me I have to wait for the owner I still have not been provided with a copy of this work that was done on my vehicle mind you they did not change the alternator they spray painted it and kept my part and I've been without a car for 2 weeks now so I will be filing a police report with the West Warwick Police department and I have just started the process with t better Business bureau do not take your car to them one thing fixed something else breaks the following week or how about they just fix things and add it to your bill and expect you to pay it that happened me the last time I gave them the benefit of the doubt and now I'm without a vehicle

    Great business, if you like chaos, return workmanship/warranty visits, poor workmanship and moody…read moreowners. Will not purchase another bedcap from them; going to avoid the "Fool me three times, shame on me." lesson. First truck's bedcap had a pinched door gasket from the factory. Rather than contact the OEM for warranty approval and replacement parts, so they could remove the rear door's frame and gaskets to correctly fix it, they squeezed-in more rubber gasket. Of course, next rain, it continued to leak. Rather than go back and have them continue to hack-away at it, I fixed it myself; leak stopped. Second truck's bedcap was ordered as bolt-down with 6 bolts, first we got clips, then on a return visit, we got 4 bolts; I installed the other 2 bolts. For their Customer Interface (for power at back of bed for lighting), they use Push Terminals (without shrink-wrap or strain-relief) rather than a simple harness. Push-Ons are fine as long as you locate them in a place where you can actually grip both ends to pull apart and have strain-relief on both sides with slack. They leave them partly inside a hole without slack. It's up to you to chase the wire, cut their zip-ties and re-route the wire to make the right amount of wire slack. When Ford provided 3rd brake light wire wasn't carrying power, they pointed to Ford. Local Ford dealership's Techs were equally incompetent. After 1/2 hour online, I found the fixed the problem. Guess that was too difficult for them to take the time and do, rather than simply giving-up and handing-over an unfinished product. Lastly, they used a utility knife to cut-open a thick Ford wire bundle and sliced-open the insulation on 2 power wires, then left the bundle open and exposed to road sand, grime and weather as well as leaving the 2 power wires exposed in the open bundle. In short, they've set a really low business bar for themselves, lack accountability, repeatedly place the burden of finding their poor workmanship on you, make you chase them for fixes, do not inspect their work well and seem to live in a moody "chaos" mode. Other than that, great place to purchase a bedcap.

They hooked me up with a very sturdy convertible model that folds back for tall loads. They even installed a lock on the tailgate that uses my own key all in just a few hours. Thanks folks.
