Came here for years as a happy customer. Then the last 2 times I came through, I could feel my car come off the track, and the carwash chewed up my wheels and tire (Driver's side front). i did not do anything different the last 2 times through the wash. I kept it in neutral with my hands off the wheel just like every week for the prior 2-3 years. But Brianna the lovely manager insists that I must be doing something to cause my car to come off the track, or my alignment must be off. When in reality, my alignment is perfect, and I do the same thing as always, which is just sit in neutral with hands off the wheel. So they refuse to take any responsibility because "they aren't driving the car through the wash". well guess what? Neither am I! I am sitting in it, in neutral, with hands off the wheel. I am not driving it either. IT IS ON A TRACK! No one is driving it!! If this is their defense, then people should have the choice to exit their car and let it go through the wash with no one in it. it would be the same as sitting in it and not touching anything. but then maybe you could hold them responsible when their broken wash damages your property. I will pursue this as far as I can because it is totally wrong that I should have to pay $500 to fix my car for their faulty equipment. Terrible service , but not unexpected . if they cared about customers, they would compensate me to fix the damage they caused. $500 to me is like $5 to them. The place makes a killing but they won't use it to help their loyal customers remain happy customers. now I am a non-customer And will be speaking with my council and/or the attorney general and ask if there is any way to hold these people accountable when their equipment damages people's property . Car comes out dirty. Brushes don't even work and they still run the place. The vacuuming situation is a mess. Half hoses are missing and no suction. Going down hill fast! I'm guessing I need to be more specific. There is two brushes in the middle of that car wash that are red that don't even spin to wash the side of the car as it goes through. I watch several cars go through the two red brushes we're not spinning to wash the car on the side. That's why the car is coming out dirty. Please check the brushes inside the tunnels to make sure they're all spinning. The day I went they were not. And when you take out hoses from the suction area, you have to cap the hole,its causing the machine to lose suction. read more

This car wash was just ok in my opinion. Went for a wash on a Sunday afternoon and it was actual chaos. 3 lanes bumper to bumper out to the road and blocking through traffic. Not a fan of that type of situation. Some people seemed confused, others not paying attention to pull up to accommodate people behind you. By the time I got into the wash bay it was more aggravation then anything. The inside of the car wash itself was overall nice seemed like new equipment but it went by fast for the price I paid. Went through the $25 delux wash yesterday afternoon. After exiting the car wash I noticed there were brown spots all over my hood. I tried to scrape it off with my nail and it left a stain. No idea what it is but pretty sure it came off that giant dryer roll at the end. read more

I have gone here a couple times as its an "easy" on/off the highway. Sometimes you can drive right on up, while other times it's total chaos from the intersection, to the lines to get in etc. I would say that this is good place for when your car is exceptionally dirty as it will definitely make your car look much better. However, if you are looking to routinely wash your car, the final product is less than stellar. Sometimes it feels like you are 1 of 1000 cattle waiting your turn to walk the dreaded path. If you need a quick rinse i would say go for it, but if you are looking for your car to shine afterwards, not so much! read more

The Johnston location is always hopping. The price has gone up for all wash packages. The machine rushes cars through so they come out if the machine soaked or still have soap on them. I don't see what the point of the dryer is if every single car is soaked when it comes out. They do not pre-rinse cars so if you have stuck in bugs, etc. they are not coming off. The location offers free vacuums, sounds great right? It's not. They offer the free vacuums to non-members so paying customers don't get to use them. They are either full or the hoses are missing so stalls can't be used. Once in a while if you wait you can finally get in one. The operation times say open to 9pm every day. Unfortunately, that's not always accurate. In the last month, there has been 5 occasions by 7pm they were closed. They did promptly call me when I questioned the times and vacuum situation and offered "inclement weather" as an excuse but all days was no rain and beautiful. So after I said that, she used the excuse of an accident but there were no cops there nor does that cover 5 times in recent weeks. Price wise: price did go up, and yes, monthly pass cost is equivalent to 2 washes. So the pass is the way to go. I wish there were more car was options in the area besides this place. I'd prefer my car not to be soaked or still have soap on it. read more

Was on the car belt and was going through when the car in front of me stopped or came off track and car behind me did not stop hit me and I then bumped the stopped car in front of me before they stopped the belt!!!! This carwash is not what it was last year. It is very clear that it is not being maintained and broken things are not being fixed. I just went 20 minutes ago and 2 of the large washer wheels are barely spinning therefore not washing my car and clearly broken. Inside of the wash doesn't look great, multiple holes on the walls inside the wash. 19.99 plus an unknown 1 cent donation to something for this run down car wash is a rip off. read more

So confused why the line is always out to the street because this is the worst car wash I've ever been to! Every time I try it it's gotten worse and worse. I'm done wasting my money here! There wasn't one vacuum open so I just drove home... when I go to see how it looks this is what I find... I'm so embarrassed I drove home like this. If there was a vacuum open I would've been able to stop and inspect it there, I would've definitely went inside and demanded a refund because what tf is this, it's laughable it's so bad. While cleaning my car out I discovered I had two receipts with an extra car wash that I paid for when purchasing an original wash. The date of expiration on it is 2/2018 and the other 9/2018. I spoke to someone at the check in and they told me there is an expiration date of 90 days. I explained that I paid $14.00 for two extra car washes that I didn't receive. I expected that the clerk would offer me something to end the conflict but that wasn't the case. He told me that it "wasn't like it was a couple of months", I asked him if he could do something if it was a couple of months? He said "no". Why would you even make that comment. I then requested him to get me out of the line because I'd rather not patronize a business that condones taking a customers money to provide "zero"service. I just moved to town and was excited for a car wash close by that looked newer/nice. Vacuums are free, which is about all that was convenient. Didn't get my car cleaned at all and my husband brought his truck through and it took off a roof rack and bent his front license plate in half. It was fixable but that has never happened before. It brings you through the wash so fast and when I parked at the vacuum a car pulled up next to me and still had soap running all down the driver side door. I will not be back read more

This Car wash franchise has several locations in the Providence area. I have been to the Johnston location a few times because it's convenient for me. They do have many great offers like monthly memberships, 50% gift cards (sometimes online), etc. I like their easy in / out automated system and their area with free vacuums for the cars. What I don't like is that their brushes are very very harsh. My BF's car got damaged the first time (some of the rubber molding came off during the wash). When we told the manager, they said they were going to take a look at it and tone down the strength of the brushes. A few months later, after their scheduled maintenance and update of the brushes, the same thing happened. I've seen other people have the same problem. My license plate came off one of the times I went as well. Good and convenient, but it would be great if they listen to the customer complaints and reviews and ensure that their car wash brushes do not damage vehicles. read more

I recently canceled my monthly membership at this car wash. I've been going to this business for two years! This past year it's not what it used to be. High amounts of traffic, slow pace to even get in the wash, THE BELT WILL STOP. Seriously randomly during the wash the belt guiding your car through will stop causing almost an accident every time. Personally I've had a bunch of grease marks and fresh scratches from this car wash. I kept trying to say it's not the wash. I really don't mind coming here, but sadly it is the wash so I need to part ways. Side note; they're raising prices also... for what you're getting I couldn't understand why. DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE. I opted for the monthly plan and was a member for about 9 months. Each watch left scratches on my car but I figured you would get scratches with any automatic wash. It was finally when this car wash damaged my license plate and left soap between the crevices of my doors that I decided to cancel my membership. When you sign up for a membership, they put a "fast pass" sticker on your windshield and a barcode sticker on the inside of your door. After canceling my membership, I cannot remove the sticker. Left permanent damage to my windshield. Tried to carefully remove it with an xacto knife but it is unable to be completely removed. The barcode sticker on my door is also unremovable. I have been to this car wash more than once, last night was the final time for me. Pretty sure I'm never going back. I arrived at the car wash at approximately 7:25pm, drove up to the self service kiosk chose Silver Wash and Interior Super XPT for a total of $60.99 including a .01 donation to I don't know what, but it I did not have a choice it was automatically added. I would have donated, however, I do find it odd that it was add to the bill without consent or where the penny was going to. We had the car washed and I pulled around to the detail bay, I was greeted by a young man who looked at my receipt gave it back to me and told me to pull into the left side bay, he took my slip we got out of my car. There was another older gentleman working on the car in the right hand side bay and he said to the younger man what do they want? He told them an interior cleaning. He kind of yelled at me and kept repeating did you check with the people in the office, did I you check with the people in the office. I said no but the machine took my money. He told me I would need to come back another time to have the interior cleaned. I replied then I want my money back. The man took my receipt and left the car he was cleaning to bring it to the man in the office. We proceeded to the waiting room. The man in the office told me I would need to come back tomorrow that they do not accept details after 7:30pm. I said well it took my money so you have 2 choices do the car OR give me a refund and I will go find another car wash that will do the compete job. He walks away, a few minutes later he tells me that they will be here till midnight cleaning my car, OK give me a refund, he asked for my receipt again and walks away with it, comes back and said see your slip says 7:36pm we don't accept details after 7:30, OK give me a refund or do the car, he again walks away handing my husband the receipt. A few minutes later he comes back AGAIN asks for the receipt i hand it to him and he tells me you can come back tomorrow or the next day its good anytime, I explained to him i needed this done TONIGHT since I needed to be somewhere very early in the morning with a clean car, so once again, give me a refund or clean the car, he hands the receipt it to my husband again. They did clean the car and did an excellent job as we pulled away i looked at the clock it was 8:06pm. Pretty sure if they were not going back and forth over the you came too late issue they would have finished the car by 7:55pm. BE CAREFUL!!!! I liked this car was when it first opened but they have become very greedy and now just focus on pushing as many cars thru as possible and could care less about the quality. I recently also started noticing small scratches on the side of my car that I know have not been there. I'm the guy that parks far away from everyone in a parking lot so I don't get Knick's and scratches, so I know it didn't come from there. I can't prove it's from the car wash but the management was less than concerned when I showed them so I decided to cancel my unlimited wash plan and won't be coming back. This place has gone to shit quickly. It used to be nice and new and shiny, full of promise. Now it is just a car wash that causes unnecessary traffic because they added another stoplight to accommodate the traffic leaving the Personal Touch Express Car Wash. About a year ago, the place was the bomb diggity. They would have special discounts, and their vacuums actually worked! Now, a full price car wash equals a mediocre end result (see all the other recent reviews of how crappy their car wash is), and about 50% of the vacuums work. Which means pulling into a spot, and then crossing your fingers hoping for a good day. When I told the manager about a few vacuums which didn't worked, the look I got was the "yeah we know, but the owner is too cheap to fix them" look. Disappointing. Oh well. read more

There is always grease on my door, bumpers, etc and it's very noticeable on a white car. It's a waste of money. My car comes out dirtier than it was when I brought it. I attached photos. When I first started going to this car wash it was great....but lately the level of customer service has gone down....and the wash isn't as great as it used to be. They leave soap and water marks cus they don't let your car finish drying...they tell you to drive out, when your car is half way the cycle....because they're busy....if you can't handle the volume of cars...then don't let so many go thru at the same time....put more space between each car....they just want to get them in and out not to hold up traffic..... Meh! Went through this car wash today and though my car appears clean from a distance, up close it's not. It appears the scrubbers in the car wash were really dirty as my white car is now almost grey in spots. I should note I just got this car a week ago from the dealer so it really wasn't very dirty to begin with. Might give it another try as I've heard nothing but great things about this place. My car was detailed On 6/20/20. I made an appointment the week prior. I arrived on time took my car in right away. I was having it detailing and waxed. Total cost $120.00. The employee told me it would be ready In two hours. Arrive back in three hours. As promised my car was ready. I looked inside the vehicle. Very clean I drive off. At home I looked closer. We just took my white Audi Q5 and got the Gold wash. No complaints here. Everything looks good and I like that my car was much dryer than some of the other places I have gone too and you are left with droplets. I did chuckle at the bright flashing lights - not a place for someone who may be epileptic, perhaps it's to lure kids to convince they parents to go to that car wash...we had clean cars when my little cousin was a toddler he loved the car wash. I have been calling for two months to cancel it. The manager never returns the calls. I used the car wash one time and was charged for 3 months now I have to dispute it threw my bank because she refuses to refund the two months I never used it. I've tried to cancel my membership twice in the last two months and have received a message saying that we will send you a confirmation email if we have your email on file. My email is on file and never received an email, and two months in a row I have been charged the monthly membership rate even after I have can. I have tried calling and can never get a response. I had the wash contracts on my 2 vehicles . In June the wash scratched my new nissan rouge all I got was the run around by Danny and Everett. Everette never called back I don't know if he is a real person. After all the BS I went thru I cancelled the contracts or so I thought. The stickers were removed but my truck is still being billed . The only way to deal with this company is to take a dated photo of your car before going into the wash. Was really excited to get my new Cadillac washed as the winter has left it quite dirty. I was impressed with the facility driving by and it seemed affordable. Unfortunately after my car had went through their cash wash and I pulled over to use the free vacuums they offer there where scratches on my back bumper. That we're still fresh (you could still wipe off the top layer of the scuff.) Something clearly scratched my bumper inside the car wash. If it happened prior the power wash would of cleaned it up a bit but I literally rolled out with a fresh scuff. I basically paid close to $20 to have my new car damaged. went here with my brand new 2019 toyota Rav4 thinking it was a safer car wash to go to. pulled in and saw the long line which made me feel better about my choice.. paid for a silver wash ($15), went through the gate, into the wash area where the man told me to stop where i was and another young lady came FLYING out of the office and started staring at one of the TV screens. Telling the guy he did something wrong or someone pushed the wrong wash button and still ignoring myself... i wasn't sure if they were going to need my attention so i had my window cracked a little just to be told "close your window now!" by the young women and she went on yelling at the TV screen/ staff. Went into the car wash and did not feel safe or content with the brushes on my truck AT ALL. the dryer didn't even dry the back of my truck.. was left with a soaked window and back end.. will NOT return. read more
