It clearly seems to me as though the ownership is trying to save some $$ and screw over their customers by closing the touchless wash whenever they feel convenient, so much for "24/7". We showed up in the morning and I parked my car on the side of the parking lot so I could go in and ask where I should park it for detailing. The man I spoke with was absolutely rude and disrespectful. He kept telling me I couldn't park there and I kept trying to tell him that I need to know where I could park. He just didn't want to listen. So rude. I left my car and came back late afternoon to pick it up. I walked up to my car and I could see spots all over the plastic molding at the bottom of the driver side. I happen to ask a man who was there working what that was and he said it was probably spray from the tire spray. I looked at the tires and they looked a little shiny and I looked at the rims and they may have been a little shiny but they were also still dirty. He was kind enough to go and get a spray to take away those spots which were ugly. I opened the door to put my pocketbook inside and I noticed that the cupholders were still dirty. Then I looked at the pockets on the drivers door and they were filthy. They had been untouched. I mentioned it to this young man and he was disgusted himself and went and got something to fix it. I didn't dare look around anymore because I was just so disgusted. I realize that it was a bargain because I had a Groupon but it is no bargain if they don't do the job. A week or 2 later, I hear a tapping sound from my engine. I spent days trying to figure it out. Come to find out it's my metal oil dipstick tube, tapping on something else metal when the engine is running. I go for my new oil change & mention it.....basically looking for an apology. The first guy without looking at it said it's rusty & happens a lot on these cars. Second guy actually looks at it & says it's metal, we couldn't have broke this. It's a 12yr old expedition that I do the maintenance myself, just not oil changes.....so I know the truck well. Be careful......they'll break something on your car, won't say anything. Before they look at it, says it's rusty. Have another guy look at it & say we couldn't have done this. Everything but an apology & a discounted oil change. I've been going there for over 15 years, take all my cars there. I have to go another one now!!!!!!!
