Amazing Experience at Balise Honda in North Attleboro -- Thank You, Amine Abad!…read more I want to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Sabrina from the Parts Department, the manager, and especially Amine Abad from Sales for going above and beyond to help me! I originally came to Balise Honda for parts for my 2008 Honda CR-V because of a check engine light. While I was waiting, I discovered that my vehicle had several other issues. I explained my situation to the manager and was honest about my low credit score, which was around 500. He encouraged me to give it a try, and Sabrina did everything she could to help me. They introduced me to Amine Abad from Sales, and to my surprise, I GOT APPROVED! They worked with the money I had already spent on parts and incorporated it into the trade-in deal for my CR-V. And guess what? I drove away with a 2021 Honda Civic EX with only 20,000 miles! I honestly wasn't expecting this outcome, and I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunity. What impressed me most was that nobody judged me because of my credit score. Instead, they listened to me, treated me with respect, and worked hard to find a solution. If you're in a similar situation, have a low credit score, or think you won't qualify for a car, don't give up! I highly recommend visiting Balise Honda in North Attleboro and asking for Amine Abad. Go straight to him for advice, explain your situation honestly, and let him see what options might be available for you. A special thank-you to Sabrina, the manager, and Amine for their patience, kindness, professionalism, and hard work. You turned a stressful situation into a wonderful experience for me. Five stars aren't enough to show my appreciation! Thank you, Balise Honda!

I am more than impressed by Ken Rocha's results. Everything detailed, everything perfected. There was a big delay due to part orders, and since I have experience working in the tech repair industry, I already knew that this is something commonplace. But the customer service and kindness provided by Ken Rocha was phenomenal, and I was accomodated and provided everything I needed from start to finish, without any inconvenience. The vandalism thing was a strange incident for me to have deal with, and I appreciate Ken Rocha Collision LLC for actually listening to me, and handling my concerns gracefully... 100 percent. Five stars!!!

Worst experience ever…read more I purchased a acura RDX on Wednesday 12.10. On Thursday 12.11. I realized this car was not for me. Yes I should have done more research before signing. More so I should have looked at their other reviews and reports against them with the better business bureau. I thought being one day after purchasing I would be able to return the car. They offer a 5-day satisfaction guarantee on their websites. After being unable to reach my salesperson and finding out he was out of office. I tried to reach a manager. No luck. The next day my sales person reached out. He said he wished he could help but the car was already registered. I took this as understandable until I reached out to the RI DMV and confirmed it was not registered. Finally after calling them out on this. I was offered a swap for a lower model car. Still basically at the same payments. I finally was able to reach a manager. I explained the whole situation. He went down on the price of the lower model car by not nearly enough. I explained at this point I just want to return the car and unwind the deal. He told me that was too bad and I was contracted in. I am a local guy who has been with Honda/Acura for over a decade. This is beyond disappointing.

As I was going…read morethrough records we keep on the car, I came across the sales agreement/bill of sale for the car, which we purchased used from here in May of 2014. I went on Yelp and noticed no one had written a review for them, so here's mine: In spring of 2014, my wife was shopping for a used car. We looked at and drove a Subaru Outback wagon from a used car lot in Rhode Island, but the car had issues, so we passed on it. My wife, however, fell in love with the car, so we were on a mission to find the same exact model. Most Subaru Outbacks have a 4-cylinder engine, but we were looking for one with a peppier 6-cylinder engine, and a limited edition one at that. We looked at car listings from private sellers and dealers, and I test drove two other cars at used-car dealers, but was not impressed with either car. Then, we saw a listing for the car we wanted at The Car Palace. The car only had 104,000 miles, and even better, it had rear quarters with no body rot, and a heated windshield with no cracks (two common problems with these model cars). We test drove the car; it ran great, and the price was reasonable, so we decided to buy it. I did notice that one of the transaxle boots was torn, so the owner agreed, in writing, to replace the axle. I returned a week or so later, and true to his word, he replaced the axle, and gave the car a Rhode Island inspection sticker. The entire buying experience at Car Palace was very laid-back, with no pressure ... everything went smoothly. And, they sold us a quality car that has stood the test of time. My wife has had it more than 3-1/2 years and put approximately another 36,000 miles on it, and it has been a very reliable vehicle, needing only normal wear items such as tires and brakes. Most importantly, my wife loves the car!

A+ Service -- Highly Recommend Universal Auto Glass!…read more About 2 1/2 years ago, I needed a windshield replacement, and my insurance company referred me to a local chain glass company. Unfortunately, the windshield was never quite right after it was replaced. I could always hear a slight wind noise while driving, and they did not install an OEM windshield. Fast forward about two years: last May, my front camera stopped working. Although I don't personally use the camera much, it needs to be functioning properly to pass Massachusetts inspection. I ended up having to replace the camera, which cost me approximately $3,000 out of pocket. I was later told by someone in the auto glass industry that issues with cameras and calibration can occur when the proper windshield isn't used. Last week, while driving to work on Route 95 after dropping my son off at high school, a truck in front of me was kicking up pebbles. Of course, one hit my windshield and caused a crack. This time, I contacted my insurance company and asked specifically if I could use Universal Auto Glass for the replacement. They approved it, and I'm so glad they did! Universal Auto Glass was able to get me in just a few days later, and the entire replacement took less than a few hours. My new windshield looks great, and the service from start to finish was excellent. A+ experience all around. I would absolutely recommend Universal Auto Glass and will definitely use them again if I ever need auto glass work in the future! Karen M.
