The first guy without looking at it said it's rusty & happens a lot on these cars. Second guy actually looks at it & says it's metal, we couldn't have broke this. It's a 12yr old expedition that I do the maintenance myself, just not oil changes.....so I know the truck well. Be careful......they'll break something on your car, won't say anything. Before they look at it, says it's rusty. Have another guy look at it & say we couldn't have done this. Everything but an apology & a discounted oil change. There is a really big waiting area adjacent to the wash bay that you can buy cleaning products, pay for your wash, snacks and drinks etc. Definitely didn't expect that. Also large windows where you can see your car being run through. Was treated with friendly service from the time pulling up right to the end. A $14 wash gets you interior and exterior clean including vacuum and your pick of air freshener. A great deal, they did a great job and the woman at the pay station was awesome. A new favorite car wash for sure I will be back again!! Also a yelp check in scored me a coupon deal for $10 for the $14 wash :) a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended.
