Great service and value. I liked that they hand dry the cars. The people are usually very friendly read more

I did the $30 drive through wash since my car had many months of dirt and salt on it. It was very quick and my car was like new after they hand dried it. I will definitely get one of their packages since I will be going back. read more

Brought my Explorer in on 8/1/25 for a regular wash. It came out very clean. Lots of soap, which was impressive. Car came out immaculate, including the wheels. They have definitely upped their game with soap content compared to years ago. Definitely the go-to for the Franklin area. read more

Franklin Car Wash - Ford Explorer King Ranch - Car Wash Near Me - Franklin, Massachusetts

The Franklin Car Wash is a great place to get your car washed or detailed. After the wash there are people to spot dry your vehicle.

Had a question about a car wash I'd gotten there, so I emailed the owner. His polite and helpful response arrived promptly. I decided to purchase a monthly membership. Now my car sparkles. read more

Had my car detailed by this company and was extremely satisfied. My 2014 Avalon looks brand new. Would highly recommend them.

Don't spend money on tire shine! They claim it goes on in the car wash. Tires came out looking the same way they did before they went in. Tire shine needs to be put on after exiting the wash. This is clearly a cost cutting measure by them which is outrageous since the car wash with tire shine cost $25! read more

Great service all around and the wash really does clean your car and seal out the bad road grime. Been going for years, monthly pass is way to go and the interior done 2 times a year. My car still looks new !! read more

Great overall Car wash, it gets the job done, and it is local and really useful. And I really recommend it if you need to wash your car and you live near Franklin Town. read more

Not too shabby for a shiny. The Franklin Car War does a pretty clean thing, and the additional wipe down service is tops. Not every single dirty spot is removed, but they definitely get the job done. read more

I got a detail today and they did an excellent job! The bonus was they found a ring that I had been missing, so that made my day. Connor was flexible in offering times that worked with my weekday schedule and everyone was very nice. I had a gift certificate from maybe 2 or 3 years ago when I lived in the area, but came from Boston to finally use it. I have family in town so will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks again! Nicole read more

Just came back from Franklin car wash and had to write a review. The young man with the curly hair who took my "order" was wonderful - he had a smile on his face, he looked me in the eye, and genuinely conveyed care and kindness. He and his colleague did a stupendous job of prepping my car before I even went into the car wash. NOTE: this was 20 minutes before closing time and I still received that wonderful fresh and warm welcome and thorough prepping! I purchased the top of the line ceramic finish car wash for $30 and I'll tell you the car looks like it's almost brand new - the finish looks great, shiny tires, clean hub caps and my SUV was fully dried...not a spot was missed. The two who dried my car were smiling and energetic (again 20 minutes before closing time) and when I wished them a Happy Valentine's Day, they just beamed. The owners are genuine, and they care about each and every customer's satisfaction. Can't say enough about this car wash and I can't think of a better place to go than Franklin Car Wash. read more

Hands down the best car wash I've ever been to the service is top notch and both of my trucks I bring there weekly and I'm very picky with my vehicles . They always come out perfect like I hand washed them myself. Make Franklin car wash your first choice everytime you won't be sorry . read more

Needed a fast interior detail and removal of rust deposits from a stuck caliper on my white Landcruiser. They did it while I waited and did a fantastic job for reasonable money. I can't wait to get a real service. read more

Always great service here! Talk to Matt about memberships, they are a great deal! They may seem like a lot but so is repairing rust from countless harsh New England winters. Preventative maintenance people! read more

This is my favorite car wash!! It is hard to find a car wash that hand dries your car. Granted you have to buy the Ultra wash which is $25. Now it is more than some other car wash places however, the service here is second to none. It is the only car wash I go to. Like I said, the hand dry and tire shine is worth the money. Also they are a full service auto detail provider. You can tell all the workers there care and the whole place is kept up to date and clean. read more

I drop my car there for express detail last couple day.i have 2 doors sports car.they took 30mins to clean my car.im pay $54 dollars plus $8 for tip and $25 dollars for Uber (because they said it take about 45mins to 1hour to finish).and look at my car ...... smh ! read more

There are two car washes in Franklin. This one and an automated touch free one on the other side of town. I think this one is a little more expensive, but they do brush off the front and sides of the car, and they will dry the windows afterwards. This makes a difference especially in the winter when the car is coated with dirt and salt. read more

BEST car wash in the area. Family owned and operated, and the employees go above and beyond to ensure that each customer has a quality experience and is satisfied with the service. This is a well organized establishment thanks to the creative master minds of John and Matt, two of the managers whom I have had the pleasure of speaking with on multiple occasions. Ask for either of them at any point, and they will try to accommodate you as best they can. The majority of the employees are on the younger side but nevertheless, they are hardworking individuals and very much appreciative of any tips you can muster up. They work very hard. I highly recommend Franklin Car Wash to everyone!! read more

Truck never looked so good better than showroom clean. I'll be back. Very helpful I was there at 1230 today.

Couldn't be happier after my express detail! The interior of my car looks and smells brand new! Seamless experience and unbeatable customer service! read more

Update! 8/13/19- Upon reading my original review, I was contacted by the new management. Matt asked me to come in so they could do a better job than the first time. I got an apology, an excellent job was done(in which the manager himself was involved) and it was very thorough. As I stated originally, place is NOT cheap, and you'll be paying quite a bit more for ANY interior cleaning. But, worth a try. read more

First time using this car wash new to the area. Very professional and friendly staff. The car wash offer self wash and full service wash with people to towels wipe the vehicle down . Overall great customer service! read more

Used the self serve bay.....water spots left all over vehicle...obviously the water here is not filtered......

The oustanding part of this car wash i had a issue .they buffed it out of my wifes car. wifes car damged do to fact the gentelman using the brush on rims and then put it on paint. hey we all make mistakes.find someone that is perfect in this world i will tell you your a liar to you face and move on lol.anyway the co owner also slash employee ,named mac he is outstanding man he interacts with customers he knows how to meet and greet and get vehicles in and out in a timely fashion manner very good young man keep up the good work I'm glad you guys updated yeah high pressure self Bay washes also glad the vacuums work properly. I know it's summer but if you kick out more deals what's more perks send customers as myself that use you frequently get more bang for their buck you would probably have a line sitting at McDonalds waiting to get in the car wash. one more thing the tickets that you sell they should be able to be used on any family members there go that lives in the household they should be subject to that one vehicle I think that's absurd but hey I don't make the rules. But thank you Max your outstanding service every time we visit my family and I have a great time there's nothing better than a car wash on a hot sunny day even though I'ma do it myself guy sometimes we all need a break. Have a great summer tou you and all your employes read more

They are under new management and it is wonderful! They are sprucing the place up, my wait wasn't long at all, and my car looks amazing! You can't beat the friendly employees either. Everyone I encountered was so sweet and welcoming! Kudos guys, kudos! 5stars! read more

First time getting an express detail. The website said $40 then they charge me $45. Had a Red Sox hat on the back seat when I dropped it off and it wasn't there when I got back. Won't come back again read more

Used the self serve bay and pre washed my truck before taking it through, paid 20 bucks and they half assed brushed my truck, didn't wash the undercarriage like the $20 wash listed, and there's dirt spots all over it. read more

Went there just for convenience as it is right next door and don't require appointment. Cleaning is OK. I've got two drive through washes and one detailing and each time I've seen some dirty stuff left on the car read more

Great car wash on the east end of Franklin. Full detail or do it all yourself. Nice guys and reasonable price.

Car wash is good, not exceptional could use some modern updating. The hand towel dry definitely helps and I would highly recommend forking over the money for a good tip to the girls and they will definitely do a good job of making sure there's no streaks. Where the kudos definitely come in is the Gold Detailing treatment. I am extremely OCD about how I want my vehicles detailed and rarely fork over money for it unless it gets really dirty but these guys definitely changed that. They took my Xterra from rough just went camping shape to brand new in a couple hours, much better than I could have done myself even with a full day! I will definitely be taking my vehicles there frequently now A+ to these guys read more

I find this car wash to be very overpriced for the services provided. I purchased the $15 wash today and you go through the wash for about 20 seconds total. There is no way the wash is doing a detailed job at all for length of time. I could have easily done a better job myself and saved the money. When I came out, the staff that dries your car takes about 5 seconds and sends you on your way. They also use dirty towels to dry your car and, for this price, they could at least use a clean towel. Everyone that works here is very rude and abrasive. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this laughable establishment. read more

Cant say enough about this place it's awesome. Great service. Great people . Always taken care of .

All things considered, this is a pretty good car wash. The self service bays are OK and the automated wash works well. But I can't be the only one that finds it a little bit weird that these guys stick super young girls in skimpy outfits out front to finish up the hand towel dry. Get some strippers out there for christ sake...not 14 year olds from the local middle school read more

Always friendly, always open. They do a nice job and have people ready to hand dry if you want. Good local car wash

They did a great job cleaning my car but when I got home I realized my weather tech car mats for the back seat were not in the trunk like they said. I had to call several times before getting a final answer. They had no idea where they went and the manager said he would buy me new ones and would let me know when they came in... it's now been a few months and still haven't received any information on it. Those weather tech mats are not cheap! read more

I would have surely given a 5 star for the exterior wash as I am a returning customer after having exterior wash earlier but after having super cleaning and spending 45 bucks (which there brochure never stated and we were assuming 35 bucks only) I was sheer disappointed the cleaning was done in less then 15 mins and not at all through one could easily see the water spots and the brake pedals were still dirty! Please rather go for self cleaning which is still worth spending or the exterior car wash for 10 bucks. read more
