This Is a follow up on the big fat scratch. After talking to the manager, the owner Bob had Chris from Black Diamond detailing fix the scratch. He painted the entire fender flare. I was hoping he'd just do the scratch because the clear coat doesn't have the sheen. The color is a little lighter than original but looks ok. Some areas look like the paint is peeling. Thank Bob for doing the right thing! Thanks to Chris for making it happen! Maybe a buff would bring the shine back. read more

The car washes are fine. The customer service...well. I cant recall a place that cared as little about the customer as this one. I have the monthly deal for my car, and I pull in a lot after 5. It isnt uncommon to be waiting there 3 minutes or so until someone comes out from the office to open the garage. They see you come in. I see them in there eating and hanging out. Last week, I got to watch as one of the employees washed his car in front of me. He and his comrad got in his car, then out. Then in, while the other opened the passenger side door. Like two young lovers, they shot each other with the powerwashers a few times. I was impressed how it was truly like I wasnt there at all. Then the guy got into his car and started beeping his horn while going through the washer. So other guy (I think he is the manager. He is there a lot) comes out from the back and now shuts off the entire machine. So now nobody is doing anything. 30 seconds or so later, he turns it back on. A giggle those two had between them, Im sure. I was then waved in and got to listen as this guy continued to honk his horn throughout the wash. When I was finished, he was the guy who was to towel dry my car. Not the first time something like this has happened. I wonder who owns that place, or who manages it. Im sure the place loses revenue for behavior like this. Sometimes they close like 30 minutes early, so dont go after work. Other than that, its fine. read more

No complaints from me. It's a good, reliable car wash. It's close to my gym so I opted for the $35/month unlimited plan. The kids that work there have always been very friendly to me. The wash itself is fine. Is it as great as if you were to pay for an exterior detail? Of course not. It's a drive through car wash! I went to All Washed Up 2 days ago ... upon inspecting my vehicle when I got home, it was OBVIOUS I did not receive the $23 worth of services I paid for (most glaring example: Tire Shine -- a $3 add on -- and my chrome wheels were NOT clean and the rubber of my tires were dull) ... the wash itself looked like someone just hosed it down. Far from a $20 "works wash." Even MORE disappointing, I emailed the company two days ago about my concerns, giving them the opportunity to make good -- with NO response. (they were open both days since I emailed -- so not a case of "we were closed, no one checking company emails") I guess when you're the only car wash in town you don't have to make sure your customers are satisfied. I urge anyone who choses to waste their money here to fully inspect their vehicle before they leave ... because clearly, once you leave, they could care less. ****UPDATE**** After a week, I did hear back from the owner apologizing for my negative experience. He blamed the error in a computer error and new staff. He did offer a complimentary wash, which I appreciate. read more

Terrible customer service - no response from them after multiple tries (voicemail messages left, Facebook messenger messages sent, tried calling at least 15 different times on different days at different times of day over a 2-3 week period - their phone is NEVER answered - and there is no point leaving a message because they don't return them This was regarding unauthorized credit card (monthly) charges they made. I got a Works Plus wash last week (Thursday). I was charged twice for one wash ($25 x 2 for one wash). I have contacted All Washed Up 4 times since then, and have gotten nothing but a run around regarding a refund. The last time I tried to talk to someone, I was told that the refund had already been processed. Well, it wasn't. I have yet to receive any refund, nor any contact from anyone at this place, even though I was asked to leave my contact info so 'someone would call me'. Yeah, right. Stay away!!!! read more

Need a car wash? Well, I was heading down 109 the other saw and my car didn't look so rad. My house is at a dead end and my driveways are under trees, which gets my car filled with pollen and sometimes even bird poop. Gross. I was planning on stopping at the Primrose Car Wash in Millis, as I recently went and had a great experience. However, they were very busy and I couldn't afford to wait, as I needed to be somewhere at a certain time. So I left and instead stopped here. This car wash is right next to the Post Office on Route 109 in Medway, and is set up very well and provides very good service. The staff who work the wash are all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They even put plastic over your back wiper (if you have one). If there is a line it moves super fast and the price, $11, for a regular wash is great. The wash made my car sparkly and was almost as good as the TouchFree one in Millis. 4 stars for the "Soft Cloth Car Wash". I would come back if I was in the area or the other was backed up again. read more

So, full disclosure, I hadn't washed my car in like 5 years. I was almost afraid to wash it in case some of the filth was holding the car together. I was finally getting embarrassed by it, so I took it in to this wash in Medway, already figuring I was gonna need to wash it like 3 times. I sprang for the works plus, because why not, and you know, the car rolls in, gets sprayed down and it didn't really seem like anything special happened. Like I was already annoyed for buying the expensive one and preparing myself for a still flippin filthy car when I got home. I wish I'd taken before pictures. There was like crust around my gas cap: Gone. My hubcaps looked like someone actually scrubbed them. It took less than 5 minutes, and it didn't seem like anything happened, but I assure you this is nothing short of a miracle and worth every penny. Will probably go again, likely before the 2 year mark. read more

Great place! first of all the unlimited wash program is a no brainer as I like a spotless truck. I literally have gone thru 3 times in a row after a ski trip. Also, my oversize tires fit the track like a glove. I definitely like that they seem to employ local high school or college kids. read more

16 bucks and I was left with water spots and dirt half way down the doors and the back end of the car/trunk, Had to spend 30 minutes with a Kozak Dry Autowash cloth to remove what they left behind. Better off in Franklin where they don't charge 2 bucks to dry the car and the wash is significantly cheaper. Will be a long long time before I revisit this car wash. read more

It's been six months so I gave this place another try. I've had good service here in the past, the automated wash did a pretty good job, and the location is convenient. I'm glad I did. The two gentlemen at the entrance were courteous and professional, and gave the car a through pretreat. At the exit there was one young man who toweled the car dry, quickly and completely. It looks like they've reintroduced specials similar to the old coupon book deal. All in all a much improved experience. I will be sure to try them again. read more

Met the new owner Bob, a nicer man and conscientious owner you will not meet. He cheerfully explained the package and even met me after my truck was washed to ensure I was satisfied. Two workers dryed my vehicle and he even grabbed a rag to dry my wheels. Now that's what I call excellent customer service. From the moment I arrived my car received the TLC it didn't even know it needed. I used to frequent a competitor two towns away but after my first visit I knew there'd be no turning back. Four of their staff members began washing my car before I even entered the motorized wash. My car enjoyed the banana foam and hot wax very much, and my wash even had disco lights which certainly added visual icing to the cake. Literally no filthy residue remained on my car after exiting this wash which never seemed to be the case at the place I used to go to. Finally, I've never seen my rims so clean. Whatever their method is it wiped away grunge I figured would only hit the highway with some elbow grease of my own. Great experience! read more

Yikes, I have been going to this car wash for 10-15 years now and they are getting ruder and ruder, always trying to upsell you on everything. Never friendly anymore. What's up -- ever heard of customer service? I also think they have really scaled down their services so everything is a la carte. 19 for a works wash (should be everything, right?) but they charge another $3 for tire shine. Give me a break!!! No longer going to this location. There are lots of great car washes out there now. Why be taken advantage of and treated rudely. From my Yelp review: Oh my, I am sensing a trend! I, too, have always gone to this car wash -- with my Lexus, with my Jag, with my Acura and just today with my new white Honda Pilot. You can tell I care about my cars, so I'm willing to pay extra for a good car wash. Well, today, my rear wiper was ripped off. I noticed as I drove down 109 that something was sticking up. I went back and said I lost my rear wiper in the car wash. Nothing else and I said it casually. Out comes the owner's son with it. All I say is can you put it back on for me? He goes to do it and then tells me the wiper needs to be replaced and I'm lucky it didn't scratch my window (which are tinted black, so you'd definitely notice). I said, "Funny, I used the wiper this morning and it was fine and I don't see any scratches, do you? I think it happened when it was torn off" He got all agitated (crazy scary ike Gary Busey on Celebrity Apprentice) and said it's your fault, it's not ours. I laughed and said, "How could that be? It has rained for two weeks and I've used it every day including this morning. Is it just a coincidence that it's broken now?" He told me I was crazy, not listening to him and also practically threw the broken wiper at me. I told him I'd been coming there for 20 years and how could he treat a customer like that. He said I'd know him if that was the case. Well he has changed. I find the entire staff rude, unfriendly and constantly upselling. Isn't $19 plus another $3 for a tire shine enough? Anyways, I'm off to the dealer to get the wiper replaced and I'm sending an email to my entire database so they don't go to that car wash again. The weirdest thing is I didn't even ask for my money back, a free wash or even get upset until he went off on me. I really would have been fine with a "sorry this happens sometimes." Nice little car wash with a single lane, so it can get backed up on a nice day. No frills wash is $10. A bit pricey but they do a good job.
