I have a pretty fairly new vehicle a Honda Civic 2024 and not only did they rest assured me on my repairs but I also got the opportunity to speak with the manager of the shop. His name is Shane and he was such a wonderful man very detailed and explanatory. I also had a chance to get some extra CARE for my car from authorization by the owner Tommy and that was an above and beyond service I didn't expect included in my repairs !!! They worked directly with the insurance company and I had little to do. Curtis, however sets them aside, very simply he does what he says he is going to do, when he says he is going to do it. Curtis, he is the reason I would go back. One more tim so you don't forget, ask for Curtis. On a side note they do have a cool app that lets you see pictures of your car and the progress daily. They just need to work on the consistency of the person keeping the information updated.

1.Worked on my 08 volvo and left rubber gasket off oil the filter cap cover causing it to leak…read more 2. My nephew went to them for inspection of a wheel issue and they said it was ok. He went back and they refused to check it again. So he had to go to another shop to fix it. 3. 3rd vechicle- my sisters chevy trax. They over tightened oil filter cap. While trying to do a simple oil change that I have done thousands time. Filter cap had had a slight crack on top of cap where a socket it used to remove cap because of over tightening. Attempted to remove it by unscrewing the cap counter clock wise. The cap was fused to the housing and cracked more while trying to turn it. For principle perposes I had them fix it. I was getting no where with it. Especially after the other incidentes with my car and my nephew's. It was a matter of principle. They turned around and said I tried to remove the entire filter housing completely which was a complete lie/a fabrication of the truth. It was a issue with over tightening the cap then not claiming responsibility or being liable for it. They did get it out and flushed it out with two oil changes, which I paid for. Do to debri from the broken cap. But to fabricate a story that I was trying to move the complete housing is dishonest and the other two incidences,I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Worst experience ever…read more I purchased a acura RDX on Wednesday 12.10. On Thursday 12.11. I realized this car was not for me. Yes I should have done more research before signing. More so I should have looked at their other reviews and reports against them with the better business bureau. I thought being one day after purchasing I would be able to return the car. They offer a 5-day satisfaction guarantee on their websites. After being unable to reach my salesperson and finding out he was out of office. I tried to reach a manager. No luck. The next day my sales person reached out. He said he wished he could help but the car was already registered. I took this as understandable until I reached out to the RI DMV and confirmed it was not registered. Finally after calling them out on this. I was offered a swap for a lower model car. Still basically at the same payments. I finally was able to reach a manager. I explained the whole situation. He went down on the price of the lower model car by not nearly enough. I explained at this point I just want to return the car and unwind the deal. He told me that was too bad and I was contracted in. I am a local guy who has been with Honda/Acura for over a decade. This is beyond disappointing.
