    **DO NOT SHIP THROUGH STAPLES** **Specifically: Staples -…read moreRaynham, MA** We're sharing this as a **hard warning** to other small businesses and sellers. Over the last **24 months**, we've shipped **400+ packages** through Staples -- representing **tens of thousands of dollars** in product. That ends today. **What happened:** * Package dropped off **Dec 19** * **Scanned by Staples** at drop-off (we have the receipt with tracking number, date, and time) * Standard understanding: USPS pickup + scan can take 24-48 hours **Reality:** * Waited **2 full weeks** -- **NO USPS scan** * The **other 3 packages dropped off the same day scanned normally** * This package? **Vanished** **The runaround:** * Staples **refuses responsibility**, despite being the **last entity with documented possession** * USPS **refuses responsibility** because they claim they never received the package * After **3+ weeks of back-and-forth**: - USPS closed the case - Staples' "Office of the President" told us we're wrong and accepted **zero responsibility** **The outcome:** * Customer fully refunded * **$300 product loss** * **Negative feedback** on our account * No reimbursement, no accountability Whether Staples handed it to USPS or not is **irrelevant** -- they were the **last party with proof of possession**, and it should be **their responsibility to ensure custody transfer**. This is the **last time we ship through Staples** -- as a business OR a customer. If you value your inventory, your reputation, and your sanity: **DO. NOT. SHIP. THROUGH. STAPLES.** Absolute waste of time.
