I asked for quotes from two firms - one quoted $559 and the other $196 ... so I tried the low price figuring I didn't have much to lose. Well the low bidder - Country Press - blew me away. We did all the work over the internet, sending a pdf for printing and charging the work to a credit card. Less than ten days later I received the 12 copies via UPS and they were perfect. Excellent full-color reproduction of the cover and perfect copy work on the interior pages; assembly of the galley was also spot on. I really could not have asked for anything else. They (Mike and Dave) gave excellent service and kept me informed all the way via e-mail. While this outfit is on the east coast, no matter where you are in the continental US I would recommend you give them a try.

I went in to ship a sweatshirt to my daughter in Florida. They quoted me 169.00 for a sweatshirt!!…read more So I paid the fee. As I was walking out to my car I was in the parking lot when my daughter called me and told me she didn't need the sweatshirt that badly for 169.00. I immediately turned around and went back in the store. I told the owner I didn't want to ship it anymore and he said it's too late it's already on it's way. I said there has to be a way to stop it I was outside the store for 3 minutes before I came back into the store.. How could my package be gone within 3 minutes time? I feel he deceitful to me and it was either still in the store or out in the UPS truck which I saw still being loaded when I took a ride outback to see if the truck was still there and it was.. so I went back in the store and asked him isn't it just on the truck outback and he said no ma'am it's already gone. Lied to me again!! So I called UPS customer service and they told me that he (the owner of the UPS Store) could cancel the order and he would have to call into customer service to have my item stopped from being shipped. So, I went back into the store again and told the owner what customer service said.. he would have to call in to cancel it. I asked him to please call I can't really afford to pay 169.00 for shipping he said oh no ma'am like I told you it's already gone (lied again) he said like I told you have to call customer service and I said I already called customer service and they said you had to cancel the item from being shipped to which he said Ma'am I told you I can't do that.. so I said so you're not willing to at least try for me? He said no Ma'am I'm not... so I left the store very, very angry. His customer service was awful. He would not just walk outback and grab my item for me so I didn't have to pay 169.00 which I've seen other customers complain about the rates they are charging.. So I now have a complaint filed with the corporate office and when they call I'm going to tell them everything I wrote here and more... I will never go there again. They lie to you, are unwilling to go out of their way to help you, and I also think there shipping methods are deceitful. If I could give a zero I would!!

Finally found a place to bind my printed valuables into a more durable book to carry around and…read moreread! Super cheap, too! If anyone is looking around for a place that offers more than spiral binding, they do offer "perfect binding" which is glued, unexposed page edges where they're bound together. More like a real book and more durable. I wish I knew about them sooner. Update: I tried to use him again for a personal book binding project. He gave me rushed service and did not give me the product I asked for. If he didn't have the time to do what I wanted he could've referred me to the printing shop one Plaza over. They did take me, and told me he will sometimes refer clients. The woman there understood exactly what I was asking for and instead of blatantly refusing my service like ad print guy did, they just let me know when to pick it up.
