In particular the printshop. Morgan and crew run it and teach class for Americorps in the afternoons/evenings as well as workshops on the evenings/weekend in silkscreen, letterpress, intalgio, and more. Pretty much, you name it they've got it. The environment is cool and hip and everyone is super creative and fun to be around, very nurturing. Also, after you take a class or have an orientation you can use the facilities by becoming a member - there are a number of memberships for various needs. http://www.as220.org/p... Its also one of the only places that has a letterpress available for printing - which is one of the best maintained Vandercook's I've used. (There I go again, giving away tips and sharing secrets about things I love.)

The smug young "manager" (or so she represented herself) arrogantly refused to accept it on the grounds that it was too heavy. We tried to show her that we purchased the label properly and that she had to be mistaken but she loudly tried to shame us and dug in her heels, flatly refusing to accept it with continued major know-it-all attitude. She insisted that FedEx simply didn't deliver packages over 70 pounds to residential addresses. When we insisted that she look again, the only solution she could offer us was that we purchase express level service that cost over $600 more. When we couldn't agree to that she asked us to leave with our package. There was no convincing her that she had to be mistaken. When we got home, I called FedEx and of course our label was correct. The mistake she was making was that she was confusing their specific Home Delivery product (which is a special 70 pound limit service level that delivers packages on Saturdays to home addresses at no additional cost by using contracted non-FedEx drivers) with ALL home delivery in general. Our package was well within the limits for the FedEx Ground label that we purchased. So we wound up having a lot of our time wasted, strained ourselves unnecessarily, and were publicly shamed because this employee was improperly or inadequately trained in both FedEx policy and basic customer service. As it turns out, we were not the idiots that she was looking down her nose at... she is the actual idiot. Hopefully the REAL manager of the store will read this review and realize that he or she has a serious problem in need of fixing. Nastiness is never acceptable in a service oriented business like Kinko's... especially when Yelp exists. As it turns out, any Walgreens will take a FedEx drop off, and they don't give you the attitude that this nasty little big shot thinks is acceptable behavior. That'll be the last time I set foot in that place.

On the first job, he left foot prints on the edges, didn't wait for a confirmation to move forward from a sample to the actual piece and wasted good material and was full of him self. Second job, pieces came out different colors and when I asked what happened he said: " I can't wait around monitoring your work". Shitty employers and terrible management! Never going here again!

This UPS Store has finally moved and upgraded its store location. The new location now is triple…read morethe size it once was. It's still in the same plaza it's just in the rear of the plaza (to the left of the Edible Arrangements store). Because of the recent move they now have a larger parking lot (which was previously a hassle at the last location), double the PO boxes, supplies that customers can purchase, and the staff now have a larger space to work in. Overall this a great improvement for both customers and the employees.
