I provided…read moreDiana with the designs created by my friend, and she was able to deliver an incredible invitation suite. We started with an initial Zoom meeting to discuss my vision, and see some samples, and she overnight shipped me samples to be able to see the paper, ink colors, and feel the texture. We had a tight turnaround time of a few weeks and Diana was very flexible and transparent throughout the process, and communicated every step of the way. I cried when I received the final product -- the invitations came out even better than I imagined! I would recommend DWRI to anyone creating a custom wedding suite and stationery!

We cannot recommend DWRI, and especially Lois Harada, for any stationary needs one might have, but…read moreespecially for weddings. Every single piece of stationery that they designed and produced for us has been absolutely perfect and gorgeous, and we've lost count of all the different compliments people have given us. (Like, how often are people still talking about the Save the Dates AT the wedding?? Because they were at ours!!) Lois and the staff at DWRI have been such a kind and generous help to us, and we've loved every time we've been able to come in and meet to discuss different elements. Certainly if there are any other stationery needs that we run into in the future (or if anyone we know is looking for something stationery related), we will point them to DWRI.

I had called them beforehand and they said they could do it as long as I bought the paper. Their team is patient, responsive, and has materials ready and delivered quickly. I recently worked with them on a challenging, last-minute project and I felt they were quick to get us all the proofs we needed, and honest in their feedback about the timeliness of our delivery needs. We hit a snag in communication that necessitated the reprint of some of our materials. I was in an awkward position with both Minuteman Press and my work superiors. But instead of charging us more for their extra work and production efforts, Valerie and her team exceeded our expectations by reducing our costs and not charging us for the reprints. Not only did she make my life easier with the rest of my team, but she showed integrity and how much she values customer relationships. If you need help with printing and design services, ask for Valerie, Jamison, or Kelli.

I contacted this business regarding a decal wrap for my cargo trailer…read more After a few emails back and forth I brought my trailer to their shop and met with Brian their "wrap guy". My goal was to have him see my trailer and to come to an agreement on what my goal was and what I wanted for a design. He took measurements and told me he would get back to me with a price. If I agreed to a price we would proceed.I told him what my target date was and he said it was not going to be a problem. My general feeling after speaking to Brian in person was that he really wasn't interested in the project. Ten days later I emailed Brian to ask if my project was still on the table or whether I should find another vendor. Three days later he wrote back and apologized for not following up. He told me to look for a design on a website he sent me. I was then to send him my selection(s). I did what he requested and sent him three or four possible selections. Now a week later I have had absolutely no reply from Brian. My target date was for an event my company is participating in. Due to a complete lack of any effort on Brian, and Graphic Innovations part I will not have my wrap. I definitely would NOT recommend this company.
