Very disappointed recently - paid for a custom mounting of a canvas print - I gave careful instructions on my request - when i went to pick it up, I found that the image on the print was bent around the edges of the underlying frame. The painted image just ends in space - When I mentioned this, the young lady was dismissive - " these things get stretched when they get mounted" - Understood. Exactly a week later we got the call they were done, and they look amazing! Do not go to the big chain craft store for framing. A lot of them outsource your custom order, which doesn't feel right when you think about the cost.
